I had problem with my bathroom valve and I called many companies around and no one seemed to know what was wrong with it and they wanted to charge me over $1000 for the repair. Luckily I came across MC plumbing and I spoke with a gentleman name Scott who was very knowledgeable and caring. He explained the process to me and worked with me offering to fix my problem for only $200. I saved $800 just calling him. Scott sent Jose to fix my plumbing issue. I had requested 4 things be completed they only did 2 as I wasn't there my roommate was to let them in. I emailed them very specific things I wanted done. So I emailed them back and I was told they were waiting on a tech and that was over a week ago. In addition the vent they installed they ripped. Told me I was charged for what they did. Meaning I was charged 185 to hook up a dryer and tighten a pipe. Just overall negative experience.

They showed up as requested their availability was great...but thats where great ends for me. The technician checks out the furnace and the bad news begins...the parts are going to be at least two grand and your furnace is so old dont know when they will be available...but we can be here tomorrow to install a brand new furnace with their generous discount and a five hundred dollar coupon it will be just $5600.00 which should have been a huge red flag. Anyway in the meantime a friend stopped by told him the situation he also took a look had the parts here in two hours and the furnace running in 3...for $460...So I can't with a clear conscious recommend this place to anyone.

These guys rock. I called on a Sunday evening and had a new water heater installed first thing the next morning. Excellent work, excellent customer service.
