Our plumber was competent, courteous, and understanding of our noisy puppy. He arrived with PPE and shoe coverings, which was fantastic! On a Sunday, procuring some of the parts we needed for our toilet was challenging, but plumber went above and beyond to resolve the problem. 5 stars!! Thank you very much!!

Air Pro Master an awesome company. The tech guy is name is Andrew. He checked our A.C. unit and immediately found an issue that was ready to be a bigger problem. I was looking to hopefully flush out my water heater because we were frequently running out of hot water when family stayed sometimes on weekends while in town. I liked the technician that came to my house. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he treated me like a person and not like a dumb female or potential sale. He answered all of my questions professionally and was very kind and helpful. He explained to me why it was futile to try and flush the existing water heater, because it was an unknown amount of years of neglect before we bought the house two years prior. The price was quite reasonable to replace and even upgrade to a larger unit. I will definitely recommend them to neighbors and use them again if ever needed for plumbing issues.

I have been using Silverstate 2x a year for maintenance services on my unit. They are good about keeping me up to date on my appointments and the technicians are very professional. The office staff is very nice whenever I talk with them. Will definitely be referring to Silverstate to friends and family.

The hot water stopped working in my apartment and there was a leak as well. Benny and his team were very friendly and professional, they found the leak, fixed it and got my hot water working again. Would definitely recommend.

We have used BEST for a little while now. First was for our AC needs, then our new water heater. After that, all new water/plumbing fixtures.Then last night we had a shower knob leaking. We called Saturday night, at about 8:30pm to schedule service for Sunday. The lady set the appointment, and Mike was there bright and early this morning.He was so friendly, knowledge, and walked us through exactly what he thought the problem was. Sure enough, being the expert, he took care of it quickly and efficiently.Ever since day one with this company, they have gone above and beyond with their excellent customer service, their expert employees, and getting the job done right, every time!We are truly blown away by not only Mike's stellar customer service and knowledge, but the entire company and Crew.We highly recommend them for all of your AC and or plumbing needs. Return the phone call on the weekend and I was scheduled in 48 hours. In and out of the house in less than a hour. Cleaned out the dryer vent and they cleaned duo the entire mess. Would recommend.

These guys rock. I called on a Sunday evening and had a new water heater installed first thing the next morning. Excellent work, excellent customer service.
