Called to get a water filter installed under my sink. Appointment was scheduled and I asked if they could also give me a quote for installing a water softener. Day of the appointment they tried to come an hour before the service window and they only came to give me a quote. If the people in the office can’t even tell their techs what you want done correctly. I’m sure they’ll mess up on the bill - no thanks. I didn’t even let them give me the quote.

Danny and his guys were awesome! Danny arrived early for my estimate and provided a reasonable estimate to fix my main water line leak. As a single women dealing with big issues like this, it can be overwhelming and stressful. I appreciate the patience and consideration that was shown and all of my concerns were addressed. The job was completed in one day and the guys cleaned up nicely. I would recommend City Wide Plumbing and will totally be calling them for any future plumbing issues (hopefully not too soon).
