The entire process of completing my repairs was smooth and easy. Kaydin, the project manager, was nice and attentive to my requests. Scheduling was accommodating and the work was done quickly. Edgar completed the repairs in a very detail oriented manner and does amazing work!! It looks brand new and like there was never even a repair done. He was able to match the paint and skip trowel texture impeccably. I highly recommend Thistle DKI for restoration!

We called for 2 broken toilets. Luis (who is awesome) told us he would send a guy over to look at the problem. The tech was very friendly and had a caring attitude about the problem we were dealing with. Took the time to explain what he would be doing and worked until he got the problem resolved. Would highly recommend this company. They will definitely be our first call if we ever need anything else done.

Like to thank joe and Jose that in the end showed true professionalism. They stayed true to there word and made an error into an amazing remodeled floor. Hands down need more workers like Jose to represent LVR. He treated the job as he was working in his own house.

I had the sewer pipe brake in front of my house, the city said it was my responsibility cause it was on my property. This company came out and fixed it same day, CHEAP!!!! Less than half of what other big name companies wanted.

Heck, they were in, out, and done before other companies could even send out someone to give me an estimate.

Since then, I’ve hired them for other jobs. And it’s always been the same high quality service. You can’t beat family owned and operated.
