After having Goettl plumbing come out last night and try to soak me for 3500to4000 dollars to remove a water purifying unit which was leaking all over my kitchen bottom sink. The bottom was caving in due to the water collection over a period of time. Trish from Roto-Rooter got Tony out right away. He removed unit..wiring..capped it and replaced floorboard after Jason the mitigation expert came out and inspected for mold and water damage thank God there wasn't any or very little no mold. I paid half of what the other company charged.After experiencing such devastation with the loss of family members and a son who took advantage of mom with dementia and took everthing in these tumultuous times I was so happy to have Roto-Rooter on my side.
From Trish on the phone to Tony and Jason and their reputation is impeccable. I cannot thank you enough it was simple and quick and very professional I will use again if I need and refer to my mobile home park. Thank you so much!

This company was absolutely fantastic!! They were responsive and compassionate to my need for emergency plumbing services. They got me on their schedule immediately and went to work to repair my main waterline in relativity short order. They were timely and professional. They even cleaned up after the work. I had a valve burst on the back of my refrigerator and the company sent out a technician and Mark Peji arrived shortly after because the company had expedited the call. Mark was friendly, professional and trust worthy. He presented himself as a well grounded individual and made me feel that he would take care of the problem which he did.

I needed leak detection for my Las Vegas duplex and Leak Detection & Repair Pros were fast to respond. I am very happy with their service. It turns out that they had to replace the main water line because repairing was not going to work. It's a very old property and so experienced plumbers that could preserved the structure was very important. They were able to do the excavation and complete underground pipe replacment. Luis and his team got the job done effciently and for a good price. I definitely recommend this plumbing company, especially for larger leak detection and repair projects.

I was referred to Jason. After a phone call detailing the issue, he quoted a price. He came out on time and repaired the problem and went above and beyond. Explained everything as the job was going along. Professional, knowledgeable and true to his word. Also, very tidy. He honored his original quote and did a little extra job for us without upping the price. I recommend him highly.

We asked PPS for an inspection as part of buying our house and the septic tank had been previously serviced by them. They failed to report that the leach field wasn't working. We didn't realize that until much later. When we asked them to diagnose the foul smell, they told us it was a cracked lid, replacement of which they quoted us for $2,600. We were able to get the same lid from the manufacturer at $900, but we still wanted to proceed with the service contract. They sent us the contract with the wrong customer information! At this point we decided to stop talking to PPS and tried another company. However, with our special denitrification system only a handful of servicers are certified in entire great Las Vegas! The other company was even worse! So we came back to PPS and begged to be reconsidered for service contract still. We were told that this account was fulfilled and we were done - they do not want to do business with us. My advice - don't you ever buy a house in a residential area with a septic tank. You will regret it. You are left to the mercy of a handful of companies and will struggle.

I was recommended Cobra by a friend that had a great experience with them working in their home. When my house had water damage, they came in and worked with my insurance to put it all back together. I was getting updated through out the whole process when it was time for the next steps in the process. My home looks better then it used to before! I would definitely recommend Cobra to anyone looking for any work needed in their home!!
