Fair priced and excellent customer service. I'm not exaggerating. I spoke with Saul on the phone and Fernando came and did the estimate and the install. Both are polite and respectful and if I ever need any plumbing in the future, I will contact MC and I will request Fernando. I'm in the customer service industry too. Very happy especially now we have highly filtered clean water.

We can't say enough good things about Thistle DKI. Mike, Kaden and Rey were amazing and were not only there to help us physically with the major water leak we had, but they also cared about us personally and cared about our property. After having Goettl plumbing come out last night and try to soak me for 3500to4000 dollars to remove a water purifying unit which was leaking all over my kitchen bottom sink. The bottom was caving in due to the water collection over a period of time. Trish from Roto-Rooter got Tony out right away. He removed unit..wiring..capped it and replaced floorboard after Jason the mitigation expert came out and inspected for mold and water damage thank God there wasn't any or very little no mold. I paid half of what the other company charged.After experiencing such devastation with the loss of family members and a son who took advantage of mom with dementia and took everthing in these tumultuous times I was so happy to have Roto-Rooter on my side.
From Trish on the phone to Tony and Jason and their reputation is impeccable. I cannot thank you enough it was simple and quick and very professional I will use again if I need and refer to my mobile home park. Thank you so much!

Daniel and Jesus are awesome! I had a water heater go at 10pm, I called them at that time and they answered. They were out the next morning and replaced it with a new one. All at a reasonable cost.. I highly recommend.

Wayne and Basial are a must hire. They were very persistence in pinpointing and detecting exactly where our leak was which it was 6 feet under ground in our garage. These two brothers where very persistence in excavating a large hole, soldering the copperline and checking to make sure we did have any other leaks. They are reasonably honest, and trustworthy. Thank you so much for your hard work and determination. guys! Job Well Done.
