Updating this review. Had a miner issue with the bill, but the work was good and fast and the issue was resolved.

We called American brothers plumbing because our water softener had stopped working and was leaking. Someone came out right away and inspected our system and we observed it was best to get a new system. They were here bright and early the next morning on time and replaced the system. This company is wonderful. They are professional they are friendly they care about the customer and they have a very good business model. I think more companies should follow their lead and be more like them.I'm very pleased and I recommend them a 100%

Absolutely LOVE this company! Jerry and Helen are knowledgeable, customer service friendly and extremely nice/good people all wrapped in one. Have been using them for about 5 years now on numerous different plumbing issues i’ve had since purchasing my home and I would never even consider looking anywhere else when i need plumbing work done. Boss plumbing (Benny and Jeremy) just finished fixing the toilet flanges in both my bathrooms. The work was excellent but the customer service was OUTSTANDING! Boss sends you a link to track the plumber when they are on the way and the office was quick to reply to my questions.

Awesome service.

Absolutely clueless company. They have been in my neighborhood trying to fix a problem since July 5th and they just CAN NOT get it right. The plumbers look lost when they’re trying to work, and due to that thousands of gallons of water have been wasted and the problem continues to occur. I would call a handyman out of the phone book or even hire someone standing in front of Home Depot before I would allow this company into my home. If I could give zero stars I would.
