I had called MC for a second opinion after a referral from a friend and a horrible experience earlier that morning with another plumbing company and I’m glad I did. Chris responded within the same day and was very honest, up front and explained the options and costs in a no nonsense professional manner. I hired MC and Chris replaced my water heater the next morning and fixed a leak, we also made a plan for replacing another plumbing issue that will need attention in the next 30 days. He explained to me how to check the water heater regularly to make sure everything is running properly and to call them as it is under warranty for repair. I am so grateful to have found an honest company that provided excellent work and customer service during a stressful time. I 100% recommend MC plumbing and will be using them for all of my future needs.

I definitely would NOT recommend Pure Plumbing! They quoted us $450 to install a basic 1/3 hp garbage disposal! Retail is approximately $100 on the disposal and im sure they get it at least 20% off for buying in bulk and as a business. So, $80 from $450 equals $370. To install a garbage disposal!? That is OUTRAGEOUS!! It is about an hours work for any experienced plumber! My father was a plumber. I know! DO NOT LET THESE COMPANIES TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU! Simply tell them thank you for the quote and send them on their way! I strongly recommend you get multiple quotes for any service these days! These companies are trying to take advantage of us!! NO THANKS PURE PLUMBING!!!

From my first call to the completion of the work, this company was spot on. Grace, at Reception Desk was very professional and transferred me to the Owner, Robert. Robert explained some pricing to me and was very personable. I had Shawn, the Plumber out to my house, where he explained everything as he performed the work. Thank you to all involved.

These guys are great. They work quickly and efficiently and are so friendly! We'll definitely be hiring them again when we update our next bathroom.

I want to thank Rory and the whole crew from Plumbing Innovations for their help with the plumbing on my house. I bought an older house and started a remodel and soon got over my head. I called Rory and to see if he could help. He came to look at the house and we discussed a plan of action and started to proceed. once things got under way it was clear that we were going to have to re-plumb the entire house. They did so in a very timely and professional fashion. When we were finished I expected to have heart problems when I saw the bill but that WAS NOT the case at all. Much Better Plumbing replaced my broken water softener. Daniel and Jesus are very professional and is who I will call for now on, and I will tell all my friends and family about them

I got a water bill from last month of $1085, it's normally about $45. Obviously there was a water leak, but saw no leak. I looked on the web and found A Better Plumbing with great reviews and called them.

Juan came out shortly after that and was very knowledgeable, giving me all the options and suggested a good way to check where exactly the leak was.

We came to the conclusion that the leak was in fact in the main water line into the house. He wrote up an estimate and got to work right away. A while later he was joined by Mike who also worked very hard to get the job done.

They started at noon and by 6pm we had water back in the house! They could have quit early and come back another day, but are still here closing up the trench and of course making sure that there are no leaks!

I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I had four plumbers before Artie came out and each one had no idea why my water was pressure low. It must be the well, four other houses are on the same well and not having anything close to my problem. Artie, sent Trevor a very nice young man who explained everything to my wife as I was not home. He looked at a few things and came the conclusion that it was an old valve and it was it took him 30 minutes to fix it. No more standing in the shower with soap all over me and nothing coming out of the shower head, because one of the kids flushed the toilet!
