James was very knowledgeable, courteous, and gave the facts straight. I am renting so unfortunately my destiny lies with the owner. If this was my house I would definitely go with PURE Plumbing & Air which I did recommend to owner. It was refreshing to have honesty.

After having Goettl plumbing come out last night and try to soak me for 3500to4000 dollars to remove a water purifying unit which was leaking all over my kitchen bottom sink. The bottom was caving in due to the water collection over a period of time. Trish from Roto-Rooter got Tony out right away. He removed unit..wiring..capped it and replaced floorboard after Jason the mitigation expert came out and inspected for mold and water damage thank God there wasn't any or very little no mold. I paid half of what the other company charged.After experiencing such devastation with the loss of family members and a son who took advantage of mom with dementia and took everthing in these tumultuous times I was so happy to have Roto-Rooter on my side.
From Trish on the phone to Tony and Jason and their reputation is impeccable. I cannot thank you enough it was simple and quick and very professional I will use again if I need and refer to my mobile home park. Thank you so much!

This company was absolutely fantastic!! They were responsive and compassionate to my need for emergency plumbing services. They got me on their schedule immediately and went to work to repair my main waterline in relativity short order. They were timely and professional. They even cleaned up after the work. i took on a project and ended up way over my head, after 3 days no water i called American Brothers they came within 2 hrs, and gave me an estimate. when Chris left he took my worries with him. Chris and Vincent returned the next day re-piped my whole mobile home and installed shower faucets and wrapped and taped them up. they ran into many unexpected issues under my home and told me what and how they were going to tackle them and still stayed in the estimate. they were very professional and HONEST and also fun. i didn't realize how much water pressure I'd lost over time. and the corrosion rust inside the pipes it was a disaster waiting to happen. i was leery about professional plumbers in the past but there my go too in the future. thank you for the advice and suggestions, i will put to use.
