Best Drain And Sewer Line Repairs in North Las Vegas NV

I am newly relocated to Las Vegas, newly retired from a 34-year career with the US Navy in Wash DC.

I recently used Steve Davisson's Plumbing Kings for a comprehensive plumbing inspection of my two-bedroom High-Rise Condominium. The customer service experience I received was exemplary in many professional aspects: Knowledge of high-rise plumbing systems and sub-systems, meticulous detail in examination, and, perhaps most importantly end-to-end white-glove treatment by the owner of this wonderful company.

If you keep a list of local companies in your contacts app which you've tagged, Best-of-Class, you'll need to add 'Plumbing Kings' to your list. This company truly delivers a service which exceeds even the highest of expectations.

My only regret is that I wasn't able to score Plumbing Kings with 'six-stars' due to review limitations!

Called Code Red to investigate some drain lines in a possible new home. Todd came out to the home within 24 hours. He was professional, timely and full of helpful facts. Todd took the time to ensure all of our questions were answered and offered his contact details for further questions or plumbing needs. I would call Todd in a heart beat for any plumbing needs. Very impressed and pleased.

Emergency plumbing issue, Miguel was on time, job well done, outstanding customer service.....highly recommended.

The company responded promptly to our defective hot water heater call. Travis was our tech and was transparent from the beginning; very refreshing to find these days! He honored our warranty with a new, superior brand of hot water heater. Then he went above and beyond by installing it after hours so we wouldn't have to go another day without hot water. Fantastic job and much appreciated!

I had some electrical troubles and approached him based on a recommendation. He was the sweetest, fairest, and most honest individual I'd ever met. Oh, and he's also quite good at it. awesome!!!!

On Easter Sunday the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking badly. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbing services and was routed to Roto Rooter. I contacted them and they advised a plumber would call within 30 mins. The plumber called shortly after and advised he was already on the way to my home. He showed up and fixed the problem within an hour. I was extremely impressed by how quickly everything was resolved, even on a holiday. And still no leaks today!

There aren't enough words to describe how happy I was with their service. They presented themselves in a professional manor and repaired the laundry faucets in such a way that I believe they will outlive the house. They arrived early and were done in less than an hour. They cleaned everything up, took the old parts and left things cleaner than when they arrived. Do not hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed at all. Be sure to let them know if you are a senior or veteran.

Excellent water heater repair!!

Too bad that I have to give them 1 star. Firstly, Artie gave me a second opinion quote on a previous plumber's quote. Said it was too high and that there was about $1700 worth if work, tops. Someone came and did the work (not even Artie) and only replaced HALF of the pipe that was cracked. Pulled a toilet upstairs, that was not even in need of repairs, leaving me with one working toilet in the master bathroom. While waiting to negotiate money with my contractor (???) he decided that there was more work that needed to be done without even coming back to my house but told the restoration company that no further plumbing work needs to be done. Another $1900 worth of work to be exact. My contractor said, no other work is neccessary so I cancelled my appointment. Get a bill for $2200. Recap: Only HALF of the cracked pipe was replaced, no other work was done and the toilet that was pulled was never replaced yet, I recieved a bill for almost double the original guesstimate. All because I chose to go with a different contractor then the one Artie wanted me to use. Dirty, dirty tactics. I had a $50,000 flood loss on my property and they swooped in for a piece. Disgraceful. Now on top of everything I've had to deal with this mess as well.
I've had to start a complaint with the contractor's board. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I can not stress this enough.

Thank you to YES! Air Conditioning & Heating Co. I had a concern about our system. We scheduled an appt; Ivan was a delightful service tech. Very polite, very kind. He listened as I explained my concern. He checked out the system, and we were finished quickly. He changed our filters while he was here. Thanks again to everyone for a job well done

****Update on review: please read the company response below. My response: How did I take advantage of your ”Free Estimate”? You made a business decision/model to offer that. I ended up not using Chris is because of his unprofessional attitude towards my partner and me. Yes, it does look like you guys have done good plumbing work, but my review is about my experience with Chris, who represents your company, which left me feeling belittled. The fact that you said my review is inaccurate because I took advantage of your ”free estimate” and not even offer an apology blows my mind.*******

I called this company because it was on Ranni tankless water heater website. The person who answers the phone was super friendly and said they would send out a tech at no charge.

Chris showed up with another tech and looked at the heater for about 15 mins or so and said it would be $350 to diagnose the problem. It will take about 2 hrs while he calls Ranni’s customer tech support to find out what the error message means on the display. All repairs done after will be charged extra.

I was surprised to find out that it cost $350 just to diagnose the problem and not sure how much it would be if it needs additional repair. Chris then said 2 hrs is how long he will need the diagnose the problem, and if I want to call the customer support myself, then I can try.

I was shocked that he said that with such a condescending tone. He did not appear professional, and I felt like he was bullying me to pay him for just to diagnose the problem. He also stated that if I call another plumber, I would call him right back because he was ”The Guy” to fix this brand of tankless water heater. I'm the best guy in town” he said.

Well, guess what? I did call another plumber and the problem was fixed it within 30 mins, and it wasn't even the water heater. This was by far the most unprofessional encounter I have had in my life. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Catania & Son made some major changes to our plumbing. They are outstanding! They permit anything that is necessary; the City of Henderson is very familiar with this company (a good sign). Every employee was professional and courteous. They are also cost competitive. We HIGHLY recommend Catania & Son Plumbing!!

Called with a genuine inquiry and was hung up on.

Plumbing company responded to my water line leak by sending a young man to take photos. Never heard from them again.

Best plumbing company I’ve had the pleasure to work with!!!!
