On Easter Sunday the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking badly. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbing services and was routed to Roto Rooter. I contacted them and they advised a plumber would call within 30 mins. The plumber called shortly after and advised he was already on the way to my home. He showed up and fixed the problem within an hour. I was extremely impressed by how quickly everything was resolved, even on a holiday. And still no leaks today!

Sunday afternoon our water heater was leaking. Thinking, oh great, why on the weekend! We were able to shut off everything causing the water to leak out. I immediately went to Yelp to look at reviews on plumbers and found Resolution plumbing. I had a reply back to my request on Yelp within a minute and I called this company. Alex, who is the owner, answered and said unfortunately, he didn't do anything on the weekends, but he would be out at 7am on Monday, which worked great for us. He also told me how to turn everything off, water and gas.
This morning, I received a text message that Alex was in route at 6:53am along with a photo of Alex on the text message. He arrived about 7:10am in a van that had his business information on it. Legit all the way. He assessed the water heater and stated it may have some warranty since it was installed in 2017, but the quality of the water heater was terrible. He says often Home Warranty companies do not use quality products. He said he's done quite a few repairs on this particular brand and they just are not that great. He stated that it might take a week or two for a newer water heater to come in from this particular company under the warranty. I decided to replace it as I did not have a week or more not to have hot water. So after talking to him first about a tankless water system, which was going to cost quite a but more, I decided to go with the traditional water heater. Within an hour he had returned with the new water heater and had set it up and he was done at 9:09 am, 2 hours tops from assessment to replacement. The price was very fair as well.
The new water heater has a 10 year warranty as well as this company will come out to service it once a year. I was very impressed with his knowledge as well as his expertise and very very pleased with this company. Alex is very polite and has great customer service.
Side note: When I first called him, I could tell he was at home because I could hear his kids in the background, a family man and a small business. I definitely like supporting small businesses as my parents had a small business years ago and it's important to support companies like this.
I definitely will be contacting this company for more plumbing issues as they arise.

UPDATE 3/22/22: We still love Royalty Plumbing so much. They installed our water softener and filtration system in our new house, and repaired a faucet leak. Also gave us some advice about the showers (it’s an older house). Again, they were very straightforward, reasonably priced, and didn’t try to upsell us. Communication is prompt and they showed up on time. We’ll never use another plumber except Royalty!
PREVIOUS (2019ish): Royalty Plumbing was fabulous! Kristen was really friendly and Anthony came out the same day we called to replace our water heater. He gave us instructions on how to flush the water every 6 months so the heater lasts longer, and didn’t try to upsell us on every little thing he did. SO much different from most plumbers, who seem to want your water heater to die quickly so you have to call them again, and who nickel and dime you on everything. We found our plumbers for life. I highly highly recommend. Thank you!
