They never answer the phone or respond to the contact us submission form/voicemails- are they still in business? Ive been calling for about a week and no response.

On Easter Sunday the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking badly. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbing services and was routed to Roto Rooter. I contacted them and they advised a plumber would call within 30 mins. The plumber called shortly after and advised he was already on the way to my home. He showed up and fixed the problem within an hour. I was extremely impressed by how quickly everything was resolved, even on a holiday. And still no leaks today!

Juan Carlos was great. Very knowledgeable and helpful beyond any expectation. Very timely and responsive too. We had a really unique water heater and Juan Carlos went above and beyond to make sure it was replaced with the proper model and parts to meet code. He took a lot of time he didn't have to to ensure things were done correctly and the proper parts were used. Took multiple trips due to supplier issues but Juan Carlos made a difficult situation a lot easier to handle. Thank you.

These guys are FANTASTIC !! They called before they came over and got here when they said they would and not only tackled the problem but also fixed a couple of minor problems left by the last contractor at NO extra charge. Their work is top shelf !! I would recommend them to anyone.

We discovered that we had a main water line leak and had no idea who to turn to for valued assistance. I’m glad I took the chance & called City Wide Plumbing. They (Marcos) responded to my inquiry immediately (and it was at 11pm)and were out the very next morning. I would also like to add that they didn’t try to gouge us with an exorbitant fee for the leak detection/bid work up. They offered a very fair price for the line replacement and were ready to get to work immediately. They completed the job by the next afternoon and I wouldn’t have even known they had done the work, they did such a great job of putting everything back in place. Highly recommended.

i rarely write Google reviews but based upon our experience Aqua Plumbing deserves a highly enthusiastic positive review from a series of plumbing repairs and installations. These include installation of large items (water heater, water softener......) and smaller but important items (faucets,........). The office staff (Kelly and crew) are helpful and the master plumber who helps us (Raymond) is excellent. They suggest quality items and also worked with us on a specific item we needed. Excellent.
