Robert explained some pricing to me and was very personable. I had Shawn, the Plumber out to my house, where he explained everything as he performed the work. Thank you to all involved.

I've needed to make changes to my laundry setup/configuration in order for GE to install a new stackable set I ordered when I purchased my home. Wayne and Basial are a must hire. They were very persistence in pinpointing and detecting exactly where our leak was which it was 6 feet under ground in our garage. These two brothers where very persistence in excavating a large hole, soldering the copperline and checking to make sure we did have any other leaks. They are reasonably honest, and trustworthy. When I woke up this morning for work, the last thing I expected was to take a cold shower. After turning on the shower, I was met with nothing but cold water. I quickly realized my water heater had a hole in the bottom, and my garage was flooded. I had to leave for work with no time to spare, so I had no choice but to rely on a plumbing service in Las Vegas to come to my home and replace the water heater while I was away.

Hipólito came on time as stated in our agreement. After reviewing the issue. I was going to need a new disposal. He went over the different disposals and costs of each one explaining to me the difference. I thought it was cool that I didn’t have to wait for one to be ordered, He was able to replace it the same day. I also had an issue in our upstairs bathroom tub that he was able to replace for me. Everything was done fairly quickly but in a reasonable timeframe. He triple checked that all worked properly before leaving. He respected the property using booties inside the house. I usually don't leave a review unless its a really bad experience or super good one, and in this case Plumbing Solutions was awesome!!! Andy my technician was extremely professional and timely. He had everything fixed by the end of the night. Even returned back to fix another issue within a day. If you ever have any plumbing issues don't waste your time just call these guys they will get it done right and not to mention their prices are comparable so when you add the great service its a no brainer.
