Wow. Thank you to everyone who performed such lovely work and communicated so effectively. I required urgent repairs for guests who were coming to stay, and Aqualine met all of my requirements. And they were upfront about what was required and the pricing. You will not be sorry if you use these people.

Scheduled on Thursday for Saturday 8-10am. Shows up at 7:35am without a phone call, shirt untucked, arrogantly sauntering to my front door. I wake my partner, he looks at shower with leaking hot water, and then wastes 20 mins asking questions. I explained the problem when he arrived and that we have had it repaired before while he mansplained how intricate and difficult things can be in plumbing. He left at 8am to get parts. When he didn't return by 9:30am I called the company and said we were done. 5 mins later another person from the company calls me and I yelled that for $131.00 an hour was outrageously ridiculous for their lack of professionalism. She wanted to talk but I was done and hung up. BTW got it repaired by someone else for $85.00 with a lesson on how to do it myself next time!

Prime Plumbing installed 45’ of new underground 1 1/2” P.E gas pipe from existing meter to our new pool heater. Jorge & Roman were on time, worked very diligent & answered all of my questions. Vania is a great project manager through scheduling city inspectors, emailing the permits and she has amazing follow up. Wayne and Basial are a must hire. They were very persistence in pinpointing and detecting exactly where our leak was which it was 6 feet under ground in our garage. These two brothers where very persistence in excavating a large hole, soldering the copperline and checking to make sure we did have any other leaks. They are reasonably honest, and trustworthy.
