I was able to make an appointment quickly to have my sink repaired (clogged and garbage disposal inoperative). The technician was polite, fast, and efficient. Definitely my go to choice for my next repair.

In mid May 2021 I had Catania install a Pelican Filter and Water Softener system in our home in Henderson. Helen recommended the Pelican system to me and Jerry did a beautiful installation. We are very pleased with the performance of the entire system. We no longer have the hard water stains on silverware or glasses in the dishwasher. The water tastes much better than prior to the installation. Thank you Helen and Jerry.

i rarely write Google reviews but based upon our experience Aqua Plumbing deserves a highly enthusiastic positive review from a series of plumbing repairs and installations. These include installation of large items (water heater, water softener......) and smaller but important items (faucets,........). The office staff (Kelly and crew) are helpful and the master plumber who helps us (Raymond) is excellent. They suggest quality items and also worked with us on a specific item we needed. Excellent.

Submitted a request for new construction and they wrote back saying they are not taking on new work. Felt like they didn't even want to talk about my project. I don't even need services for several months, I was just looking for pricing.

Frank Angeles was my service tech. Very professional, personal, and dedicated to his profession. He went above and beyond to assure everything was properly working. In the bath tub, in a small place it was obvious he knew what he was doing and I felt very comfortable with him in my home. He even had skipped lunch, I ask so a chocolate chip cookie and a root beer carried him through the end. He also cleaned up his mess and my tub. I honestly thought customer service was something that no longer existed but Frank proved me wrong! Thank you again. Sherry

Alex came on time. He was superb to work with. Patient and knowledgeable lead to finding the water leak coming from our hot water tank. I would recommend Alex for anyone who wants a good company that was very transparent and fair in the price charged. Certainly this company deserves the name MUCH BETTER PLUMBING

Wayne and Basial are a must hire. They were very persistence in pinpointing and detecting exactly where our leak was which it was 6 feet under ground in our garage. These two brothers where very persistence in excavating a large hole, soldering the copperline and checking to make sure we did have any other leaks. They are reasonably honest, and trustworthy.
