Updating this review. Had a miner issue with the bill, but the work was good and fast and the issue was resolved.

I recently chose Air Pro Master to have my air conditioner and air handler replaced after investigating several other options in the valley. The reasons I chose Air Pro Master was first of all the name brand of the equipment (Lennex), the professionalism of the general manager, Tim, and the price.

The installation team did an excellent job and were very careful during the installation. My air handler was in the attic and they were excellent in getting the old unit out and the new unit in with minimal damage. By the way, Tim sent out a dry wall expert to repair and touch up the dry wall and he did an excellent job!

The installation team had to place a thermostat downstairs since I elected to have a two zone system put and did an excellent job. I also elected to have a air purifying system put in which I highly recommend.

The other reason that I would recommend it that Tim was very responsive to my every need and sent out his tech, Andrew, whom by the way, is very knowledgeable and was helpful in setting up my Nest thermostat to my phone and explained the features in a professional manner.

All in all I really appreciate Tim, the general manager, showing his concern and being helpful in getting my installation complete.

I have to say, that my wife and I are very particular and Tim recognized that right off. My 5 star rating goes to Air Pro Master and I would advise everyone to at least give them a chance to prove their value. This is a very big expense and you as I did should get all the details to make a decision that you are comfortable and satisfied as I am with this purchase.

Been fighting with my home warranty and their sketchy local vendor for a week trying to get my leaking water heater replaced. Finally went through Home Advisor (11 p.m. Thursday evening) and got connected with Clear Plumbing. They responded quickly and scheduled an appointment. I had a plumber here at 10:30 Friday morning. A couple of hours later, I finally have hot water again. Definitely a life saver.

They are very professional quality work.I highly recommend them and I will be using them again soon.

I am the owner of Fast Printing in Chatsworth, CA.I have a house in Las Vegas. Today I have problems with no hot water.My house is from KB Builder using Rheem tankless water heater was not working. I called Focus Plumbing to come diagnose the issue. Set up for same day service. The technician showed up and found error code 11 on the indicator. He showed his price list for replacing the malfunctioned part is $341 on top of $69 diagnostic charge.The house is couple year old that mean the heater is couple years old and still under a warranty. The house is vacant for two years. We moved in July 2022, up to today only for 10 months.The technician took less than 5 minutes the part was already replaced. He asked me to check for hot water. I checked and it worked.The replaced part costs only $20I cannot believe they charged $410 labor fee to work in 5 mins to complete the job.I would not go back for their business in the future!!!Do we have consumers right in Las Vegas, NV?
