I can’t say enough good things about M.C. Plumbing and especially our Serviceman, Miguel. He touched base with me prior to his arrival and showed up on time. He went right to work replacing our garbage disposal. In addition he replaced the drain basket so it would match the disposal side. Our pipe was frozen solid with rust but Miguel refused to give up and worked until he could free the pipe and he cleaned off the old residue from the remaining pipes. No one likes an unexpected call to a plumber but we feel we got a good and fair price and exceptional service from Miguel. We will be using him again should the need arise.

Wayne answered the phone, told him our situation and told us right off the bat how much it would be and how long it would take. His knowledge and confidence about his job, won me over the phone. I was looking for some information concerning whether to repair or replace the water softener system in a home I recently bought in Las Vegas. I spoke to some very nice people at Silver State and a very knowledgeable and helpful man named James came to my home and took a look at my water situation. He tested the water quality in my home, analyzed the equipment I had and made some suggestions on what he recommended. James also gave me some handy tips on how to prevent future problems. Due to my budget restrictions, I was not able purchase the system from him at this time. However, he so much impressed me with his positive attitude and professionalism that I have saved his business card and will call this company in the future should I need any plumbing, AC, or heating services. This representative of the company really makes me believe it is a very honest and reliable business to deal with. A good attitude makes all the difference!

Impact was great to work with. I had a small plumbing emergency that they were able to fit me in their schedule and get it fixed quickly. Because they were so great to work with I set them up to come out and change my water softener at a later date. They did a great job getting it done quickly and professionally. I have been using it for 6 months now and have had no problems. I will definitely continue using Impact for any plumbing needs.

Dispatch could not find my address on their map. I offered directions but the girl said they only go by their map. She then tried to reschedule for the next day for no reason. Customer service is poor as they did not seem to care for a new costumer.

This company kept trying to upsell us to items we did not need. They also did a sloppy job fixing our water system, plus they over charged. Stay away from this company unless you want poor quality work and have them try to hard sell you on everything under the sun you don’t need.
