I've dealt with a lot of professional service techs in my life, and I have never come across a more polite, honest, quick yet thorough, friendly, just down right respectful human being than Mason. I hope we don't have another problem, but if we do, it would be a blessing for him to show up. Not telling you what to do, but if I was his boss, he'd be training every single employee I have on how to be professional with a customer.

Been fighting with my home warranty and their sketchy local vendor for a week trying to get my leaking water heater replaced. Finally went through Home Advisor (11 p.m. Thursday evening) and got connected with Clear Plumbing. They responded quickly and scheduled an appointment. I had a plumber here at 10:30 Friday morning. A couple of hours later, I finally have hot water again. Definitely a life saver.

Absolutely amazing service. Came out to us in less than two hours. Steve was our technician and he was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. He walked me through every step through his troubleshooting and explained why and what he was looking for. Steve educated us and was never condescending which was a breath of fresh air to have such a kind technician. This company is amazing because they understand that many families (like ours) have pets and need service quickly. They have so many techs so they can help more people city and even work later hours for those who get off work later (huge bonus). Even when letting us know part and replacement costs, Steve always came across genuine and never sales-y. Would 1000% recommend Steve and this company hands down. I was devastated when my a/c unit broke down,Living in Las Vegas and being a first time homeowner it was crazy with a lot of anxiety. I had 3 companies give me high prices and a long waiting list.I called these guys one ☝️ time and from the beginning they where smooth and easy to work with, they made time for me that same day. My a/c unit broke down at 7:45, I called them at 8pm they were at my house at 10pm ready to take on the task ,after my one call they went out of their way above and beyond. The technician A.J. Was so well spoken and knowledgeable about the work that he basically explained it to me so clearly and gave me 3 good opinions. They executed the job with great detail and determination they finished in one day. It’s hard to find good work these days so I’ll be honest I’m a customer for life.Thank you 🙏 guys 💯!
