Tommy was super kind and helpful when stopping by my house after hours same day when our heat stopped working. Roto Rooter-Middlesex was quick to respond to our clogged shower drain. We were lucky to get a same day service in the morning that we called. Antonio and his co-worker were very polite and professional and were able to fix the issue with our shower drain without a problem. they had no problem putting on shoe covers and wearing masks to make sure that we were comfortable. I sometimes get dirty looks from technicians from other companies when I ask them to wear shoe covers or masks, but Antonio and his co-worker were so nice that we didn’t feel any guilt for requesting them to wear protective gear. We are very grateful for their service and highly recommend them.

I had an emergency plumbing in my kitchen sink last night. It being a holiday weekend it was hard for me to find someone. I called ANAS plumbing and spoke to Zack. Although he was almost 2 hours away he said no problem he would come down. Zack was a true professional and took care of the leak and replaced my faucet for me. Although it was a holiday and he drove 2 hours, he just charged me for the service he did. I was so empresses at his work ethic. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing assistance in NJ.
