My shower was backed up and not able to be used. I called Rich’s and came out promptly. Not only was the office staff very professional. The technician was very professional and nice as well, he cleaned up afterwards and gave me recommendations as for it not to happen again. Had a sewage clog and backed up on a rainy day. Zack was very calming and reassuring which I find very helpful for my stress level. Also very easy to communicate, photos and videos provided were very clear for understanding of the situation. I'd use them again!!

We should have left this review sooner. Super Plumber has come through for us on multiple occasions. Bill the owner and his son are nothing short of professional and over all great to work with. Both times the communication was great and he made sure to keep us updated through and through. Most recently they came to service us due to a clog and had to return a week later (no fault of theirs) and both times on a Saturday they went above and beyond to get out service taken care of same day! Super plumber and Bill are the best, wouldnt call anyone else!

The project was completed faster than expected Cleanliness was a priority . Installers and technicians were professional and friendly. Sean and John worked right along side their guys. came out to service my furnace and clean the dryer vent. They were professional, courteous, and efficient. They did an excellent job; I'm pleased with their work.

The worst!!!! Was told they be here before 630 on a Monday guy shows up at 1145pm to walk back and forth for an hour and do absolutely nothing.. Was told someone would come aftet 5 the next day.. No one did.. Then I'm told its because of the holiday.. Day 3, they show up at 9 in the morning claiming to have rang my bell... But I dont have a bell, soo now I'm waiting for whenever they become available which can be anywhere from 941am to 1145 pm.. Ridiculous.. Save your money people.. Find another place with less headache.. Lady on the phone attitude.. Disgusting.. No help by the way..

This location is wrong. I was just told that this company does not service Newark, even though according to google maps, it is right around the corner from my home. They are in Garwood NJ.
