The technician they sent over-expressed he was working a little far from my place, however, could drop by around 8 this evening if that wasn't too late for me. It's not so much as 8 yet and my heater is working once more all because of the technician’s help. I don't have a clue whether the cost was high or low for the maintenance, however, now, relief from the heat is worth each penny. Both the technician and his assistant were overall quite proficient.
