Rich is a terrific plumber and takes a lot of pride in his craft. Most of the work he did in our bathroom and kitchen were to fix the terrible job done by the plumbers who renovated our apartment. HUB is our default company from now on. Super happy we found them.

Zero stars. Completely unprofessional. Setup an appointment the day before, gave them the exact address. Had to rearrange my day, my mom's day, setup appointment with on-site management, etc., etc.... they call me 1.5 hours before scheduled time to tell me that they don't actually service this area!! They had the address and I specifically named the area for them when setting it up. Oh i didn't hear you say that. Sure you didn't, d$#bag. Thanks for wasting my time

Don’t waste your time with Roto router . There’re full of it . They have no emergency service . I called Saturday night at 9 pm to have a drain line cleared they said they can’t Co e until midnight I said ok . They call one hour later and said they can’t come until Sunday at 10 am . They called a third time to say they will be there at noon . I told them no thanks . Called a local came in 39 minutes for $300 emergency fee . All fixed . Don’t waste your time with Roto router . Over rated a bunch of garbage .

Beware of Watson's Senior Plumber Richard Robinson. On 1/2022 he failed to conduct an thorough assessment on my shower. He diagnosed a ceiling leak with 100% certainty without even opening the ceiling. He blatantly lied on the plumber report. I complained to Watson's & was ignored. At all costs avoid Watson's plumbing & especially dishonest plumber Richard Robinson.
