Update - After a few mishaps in scheduling, Tim called me and explained why his team wasn't able to come out as scheduled. Tim made a promise that he would personally come out and fix my leaking sprinkler pipe and he kept his word. Leak was fixed as promised and the pricing was very reasonable. Sal did a really good job of resolving my issue today. I had a clogged toilet and they replaced the flange. All was done quickly and on time.

We had a pretty big emergency this morning when raw sewage started spewing out of pipe located on the side of the house. Since I have insurance for water and sewer I immediately called the insurance company. They recommended a company that refused to even come to look at what could be done because the main clean out is in the crawl space under the house. They said I needed to hire a contractor to cut a hole in the floor of my family room or hire a licensed plumber to dig up the alley way, make a hole in my foundation and install a “clean out” to the outside of the house. The insurance company then put Harris in contact with me. I explained the problem to their technician Shane and he said he would be here in 30 minutes. Shane knew just what to do to do to fix the problem without having to go into the crawl space. I can’t express enough how grateful I am that they were able to correct the problem without any damage to the house or property.

I booked an appointment a week ago and called to confirm it in the morning. After confirming the appointment at 8:30 a.m., the company emailed me at 10:30 to say they wouldn't be able to make it. I took the day off from work. According to the person I spoke with, they are an emergency based business so this happens! I would not recommend.
