Best Cleaning in New York NY

Charged me $800 to snake the sewer main, then failed to close the pipe so it leaked all over our basement. The attention to detail was sorely lacking. When they returned to fix the problem they caused I had to argue them out of charging me for an “emergency weekend visit”. They didn’t want to take responsibility for their poor quality work.

They then told me I needed to steam clean the sewer main ($2000). I had 2 other local companies quote it for $850 and $900.

Not only are they bad at their job but they tried to con us into paying more than double the going rate for a service we didn’t really need.

Use at your own risk. You’ve been warned.

Wow, what a fantastic adventure! They reacted rapidly and effectively. Even though I called them after 3:30 in the afternoon, they still came out the same day to fix the leak in my backyard (even though they were contacted after 3.30 pm). They found the problem, and the next morning (early), they fixed it, along with other minor difficulties I'd been having in my residences, such as a loose kitchen sink faucet, poor shower pressure, and a broken toilet valve. The quality and efficiency with which they completed the project impressed me greatly. A buyer need go no further than the supplied 2-year warranty for assurance of quality. Strongly suggested!!!!!
