It was a Saturday and we had an overflow flood and blockage and I needed someone fast. Roto Rooter came right away! The technician, Chris (#1674), was so friendly and knowledgeable. He took care of the problem, answered all my questions and left me with a big smile on my face. I was so happy that I called Roto Rooter and so happy that I got to speak with and get to know Chris. He turned a nightmare into a happy experience for me. I am telling everybody about my experience with Roto Rooter.

Dob violations never came off

I've been struggling with my bathroom sink leaking for the past month and my apartment did a horrible job fixing it, which just made the leak worse. I called up today and requested service, and thankfully Neha was able to find the time slot that works with my crazy schedule. The plumber came today - found out what was causing the leak, fixed it, cleaned up and double-checked to make sure all was good. The entire process took less than an hour. Really recommend!

They did a great job even tho they were working in a freezing cold flooded basement.

Showed up to fix toilet seal, removed it and found old seal disintegrated. Then said I have to leave now, I'll come back tomorrow to finish. The toilet was on a tarp, in the middle of our bathroom! I couldn't make this up. Instead, I said no, you need to finish today. He called, and a replacement plumber, (who was excellent) finished the same day. Quirky? I hope so.

If I could put no stars I would. Do not use this person! He overcharges and then never gives the receipt that is needed for the closing of an apartment sale. He promises and promises and promises and it never happens. The attorneys need proof of work and he won’t provide any kind of receipt. Stay away from this man! He will try to charm and then he lies. His name is Smitty in case you have any questions about whom I’m speaking.
