Technican did the best he could under circumstances . Wasn’t able to find the storm trap to clean. Able to clean out storm pipe allowing water to recede.

He promises and promises and promises and it never happens. The attorneys need proof of work and he won’t provide any kind of receipt. Stay away from this man! He will try to charm and then he lies. Extremely unprofessional; the plumber never showed up and repeatedly lied and said he was on his way. The Bright Star Plumber dispatcher also lied and said they were sending another plumber when one NEVER came, resulting in four hours of my time being wasted. I finally called Roto Rooter and they sent a highly professional and very competent plumber right away, who did an AMAZING job.
