Don't Waste your time I call 8:15 am and made a service appointment they said they gonna send some one out between 11am and 1pm after I agree to the service charge. when I call back at 12:20pm to make sure they come to do the service they said no.the only way they going to come out is if I make a payment of $150 before they can send someone out I said I will pay when the plumber is on location They insisted I pay first .PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS COMPANY.

I got home last night at 3 am drunk my toilet had flooded my basement, this guy arrives within 90 minutes and has the entire mess cleaned by the time 6 am hits. I wholeheartedly recommend Nexus New York plumbing & Drain for any plumbing needs. Lance is a trustworthy and honest plumber. He installed a bath tub, a water tank, and a hot water heater for me. He also installed a water softener. He did some more plumbing work in my home for me because I relocated a bathroom and laundry area. They did an excellent job! I would never think of dialing another number.
