Sal is responsive and respectful and also offers fair prices. Recently, we had a leak in our sink drain and water hose. We contacted Sal, and to our delight, he was able to come over the same day and fix it promptly.

BEWARE; While the work was fine, they charged an exorbitant fee, $589. to change out flapper mechanism and connecting cord in my toilet. It was $100 just to arrange an appointment that had to paid in advance.
The plumber took less than an hour, when I called to ask how much they charge by hour they said it’s not by hour but by job.

The service was excellent! They came earlier than expected and also explain to me the possible Avenues we could go to resolve the issue. The technician was extremely friendly and extremely informative. I learned a lot from him in the process of him taking care of the issue. I have used Roto-Rooter for many years and they never fail to take care of the problem.

Showed up to fix toilet seal, removed it and found old seal disintegrated. Then said I have to leave now, I'll come back tomorrow to finish. The toilet was on a tarp, in the middle of our bathroom! I couldn't make this up. Instead, I said no, you need to finish today. He called, and a replacement plumber, (who was excellent) finished the same day. Quirky? I hope so.

24 hour plumber is reliable for sure ,had to call them in the early morning and service reached my apartment in kips bay neighborhood in reasonable time . They were professionals and got the problem fixed

HORRIBLE. THE FIRST VISIT HE DID NOTHING EXCEPT CALL THE BOSS BILLY and then CHARGE $409. Next day Billy came hour late stayed less than two hours talked on his phone didn’t concentrate. After a day my boiler went out. Billy told me to call someone else. I did. New plumber said Billy forgot to turn water back on the boiler. I was horrified. I paid them $900. Then $350 to new plumber to fix their irresponsible work. Do not use them.

Mike was incredibly kind and competent. He did a fantastic job of unclogging a significant building impediment. He was not only incredibly kind, but he also took his time to patiently explain the procedure to me. He moved above and above to ensure that ensuring the pipe was cleared and cleaned before he left, making sure I was informed of everything that was happening.

Although there was a large bottleneck in the kitchen, three guys were moving. Everyone did a great job and was very clear about when they would arrive. There aren't many things I can compare it to, but I believed the price was fair considering the amount of labour involved.
