After trying several other providers late Saturday night, the guys at 24/7 manhattan Plumbing NYC returned our call within minutes and were on site 90 minutes later. This was a fairly complicated issue and the technician they sent turned out to be both skilled and persistent in resolving the problem.

Service tech Brandon arrived on time and completed the work properly and affordably. After the Ship cleared the line, I paid extra for a camera view, and it was well worth the cost. The monitor displayed a large hole that the snake had bored through the root-tangle obstruction. Brandon then ran a bigger bit through the line a second time for free to remove the remaining debris. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional, and he resolved the issue. I will maintain his business card. Best plumbers in Manhattan.

I shopped around and obtained several estimates for work we needed for our house plumbing. These guys are very competitive with their pricing and gave us a very good price on the plumbing work we needed done. Harris Plumbing did an outstanding job on my building’s boiler and heating system.
It was a very long , complicated project involving the boiler and surrounding pipes.

Ben (167. Tec number) was absolutely amazing and incredibly friendly and helped me with the shower. I would recommend him to anyone.

Infuriating at best. Crooks. They billed me for the time they spent bidding on a job that they could not do. The billed my building for the time so that it appeared on my maintenance bill. Think twice and then think again before you call this company.

HORRIBLE. THE FIRST VISIT HE DID NOTHING EXCEPT CALL THE BOSS BILLY and then CHARGE $409. Next day Billy came hour late stayed less than two hours talked on his phone didn’t concentrate. After a day my boiler went out. Billy told me to call someone else. I did. New plumber said Billy forgot to turn water back on the boiler. I was horrified. I paid them $900. Then $350 to new plumber to fix their irresponsible work. Do not use them.

We encountered a difficulty on a Sunday night that prevented us from turning on the water in any part of the house. They promised to fix the issue the next morning when we contacted them. The owner himself arrived and fixed our problem in about 40 minutes. really happy.

I located a water leak and had two of the sink faucets in the restrooms repaired. The plumber had a ton of experience and worked extremely hard. Superior care for customers and a spotless setting. Excellent work.

Kinda difficult to deal with.. naturally they want to push you to pay cash.. big mistake.. since the owner passed away theyve become extremely money hungry and clueless on how to conduct business... in a very very extreme emergency I guess but that's when they are the most petty.. smh.. owner great man.. rip.. the family 3 thumbs down.
