Jason and Rich did a fantastic job identifying the issue and installing the new pipes, drain, and other necessary components to fix it. We hired Jason to fix our bathroom vanity, toilet and kitchen drain leak because we were delighted with his plumbing competence and knowledge.

HORRIBLE. THE FIRST VISIT HE DID NOTHING EXCEPT CALL THE BOSS BILLY and then CHARGE $409. Next day Billy came hour late stayed less than two hours talked on his phone didn’t concentrate. After a day my boiler went out. Billy told me to call someone else. I did. New plumber said Billy forgot to turn water back on the boiler. I was horrified. I paid them $900. Then $350 to new plumber to fix their irresponsible work. Do not use them.

I hired HBNY for the local law 152 gas pipe inspection for my multi-family building in Brooklyn. Harry was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained the inspection process to me. They were reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

I located a water leak and had two of the sink faucets in the restrooms repaired. The plumber had a ton of experience and worked extremely hard. Superior care for customers and a spotless setting. Excellent work.

We had called in three different plumbers, but he was the only one who recommended emptying out the drain (which actually did the trick) rather than rebuilding the pipes. Now that our sink drains properly, we were able to save 10% compared to what it would have cost us had we followed the advice of the other plumbers.??

My kitchen faucet is leaking so we scheduled an appointment with Watson. The next available appointment they had that fit with our availability was a week away from 8-11am. So fast-forward to 8/17, the day of the appointment...we received a call in the morning to confirm that the plumber would arrive between 8-11am; which was great! That was a good sign for us that this company had their business in order.

Come 11am, the plumber still hasn't arrived, no call and no updates, just didn't show. So we waited on hold with Watson, and was told that the plumber got caught up with another job and that is why he is late, but should be at my apartment before noon. -- Now this is a common excuse given by many repair companies, I know this because I used to work at a repair company call desk, and that is the excuse that we were told to use consistently. Even if I don't go off of that, it is still a little odd to us that our estimate was from 8-11am, yet there was a job scheduled before ours???

So, 12:18pm came, and still no plumber.

At this point we needed to get on with our day and they were way past their estimate. So we rescheduled the appointment to today with the same estimate between 8-11am. Everyone should have a second chance right?

So, here I am, the day of the rescheduled appointment. This morning there was no confirmation call so we called in to verify that someone was coming. We received confirmation after calling in and so the waiting started again.

Around 9am we were told that the technician was running into traffic in the 70s and should arrive within 30mins. Then around 9:35am we received another update that the technician was still on the way and should arrive in 30mins......ok. Then at 9:45am I was asked for photos of my faucet and told that the technician should arrive shortly. At 10:45am, still no technician and no call. At this point we call in and get told that the technician probably won't make it till after 11am, possibly after 11:30am.

So, appointment cancelled. That was their second chance. If you actually want a job done, then you may want to stay clear of a company who doesn't show up..........twice.

I was my family's home in Astoria and noticed JP and his crewmembers working on a nearby sewage job on 30th avenue - because they were already in the area, I asked them for a quote to see how much it would cost to upgrade our water main. I was so surprised that they gave such a great / competitive price, especially since I just walked up to them without any consultation. So of course i said yes, and they quickly confirmed a time and day and everything was completed that day - very fast! It was excellent service (both customer service and workmanship) and not only did they complete the job quickly, but they worked swiftly and very clean.. I've had instances where workers would act as if they're bulls in a china shop and just knock/break everything that in their path... that is NOT these guys - JP and crew were fantastic and I would definitely recommend them to others.

He is the best..Ray did a tremendous job on my pipes,,I would recommend him.. Not only that he is also very reasonable.

I called Chaim for a leak that was coming from my upstairs bathroom into my downstairs bathroom. He came and thoroughly checked both bathrooms. He explained the process every step. After he finished repairing the leak/pipe, Chaim and his assistant cleaned up afterwards. He was professional and honest. I will be calling them for any plumbing issues!

Chris is amazing. He is extremely professional and honest. He performed repair service on our boiler and his workmanship impeccable and pricing was very reasonable.

They are extremely responsive and efficient. They also don't overcharge for opinions or smaller work like some places do. We definitely will use them again!

I had a couple of issues that needed fixing/investigating. One was that my washing machine didn't have hot water. The guy broke my drain pan moving the machine out and then just said I need a new box. He did not attempt to disconnect it or clean it (which might have solved the problem. ) I bought a new water leak sensor and asked them to install it. Gateway said that would cost $1500. I already paid $490 for the initial visit. Even though it would only take an hour or two, they said they charge for 4 hours regardless and that they are $350/hour. I hired a task rabbit to do it for $160 instead.
