No matter what, he always makes sure he gets to you on time, especially if you're in an emergency situation. It's always stressful finding great people to work with, but Chris is a gem of a person and I hope he never leaves the area!

Disappointing. Tried to use this company for service and called them twice, and they are conspicuously unresponsive.

Extremely unprofessional; the plumber never showed up and repeatedly lied and said he was on his way. The Bright Star Plumber dispatcher also lied and said they were sending another plumber when one NEVER came, resulting in four hours of my time being wasted. I finally called Roto Rooter and they sent a highly professional and very competent plumber right away, who did an AMAZING job.
