Great plumber in NYC - called Hub Plumbing up because I had faucet leaking and disposer not working, they comet and was on time and repaired problems quick and extenpesive.

I have been reaching out to them for months with no response. I call again MONTHS later and the guy says that they cannot do the job and did not inform me because he was out of town. FOR 3 MONTHS?!? Extremely unprofessional.

Our tub refused to drain... we tried Drano, plungers, etc. I tried for 3 days.We called RR RotoRooter and they came quickly. Our tech Festus was professional and very nice. He used the wet/dry vac and the powered snake and after much hard work, he did it. My family cheered!!I am so happy that I called... from Annette who answered my phone call, to Kim who called to say our tech was on the way and especially to Festus who never gave up. We have spent thousands of dollars repairing it each year, not counting the cost of replacing the unit. We requested an inspection from this plumbing company this year. We received a call at around 1:30 to see if they could make it earlier; our appointment was from 3-5 pm. The sooner the better, please. Nathan, one of our technicians, was amazing. He came out to check on my AC unit and found that it was experiencing a few issues. He presented the issue and several potential solutions. We deliberated the possibilities and came to a decision. The issue will be permanently fixed when they arrive on Wednesday. From the initial call to the technician, everyone we interacted with was very polite and respectful. genuinely concerned about the issue we were experiencing. Guaranteed me a plumber for 9am 1/19/18. Clogged drains, pretty easy job. I took off from work to be home. I had to call them at 9:30am to find out what was going on. Was finally told by guy on phone that their truck broke down. I asked for a guarantee that they would at least come sometime that day. Nothing. Just apologies. Ball dropped. Yawn.
