The best service ever!! I needed to find a plumber because our toilet and tub were clogged. Because of the weather, another company was trying to get me scheduled four days in advance. When I called this company at 7 o'clock in the evening, I was told that someone could be at my house as early as 9 o'clock the following morning. The serviceman who came out, Jose, did a fantastic job. I'm relieved it was fixed. If I ever have another plumbing problem, I will not hesitate to call again. Everyone I dealt with, from the scheduling agent on the phone to the technician who came to our home, exceeded my expectations.

The company would not send anyone out to assess my issue, but told me that they would not be able to provide me a quote or a ballpark over the phone other than to say it would cost $250/hour for whatever needed to be done, plus materials. The issue likely involves a pretty invasive fix, cutting into walls etc. If they won't look at the problem and give me an idea of what they would need to do, why would I let them go in blind and later bill me for whatever they thought needed to be done? It's not unusual not to be given a quote over the phone, but they also won't come look at the problem before they want me to put down a deposit. I was hopeful after reading their excellent reviews, but didn't understand this approach at all and will obviously not be using their services.

I had to replace two Gas meter bars, pressure test the existing risers and replace Gas cocks in a newly purchased house. Strato came out and took time to inspect the current conditions of pipes and connection and provided a great rate and best plan. I had some complex issues and Pat worked with DOB and National Grid to fully satisfy every single one of my needs. Very satisfied with the service received, highly recommended!!!

I was quoted one price over the phone and when the technician arrived, he gave me another higher price which seemed high but I appreciated the convenience. At the end of the visit, the final price was about $500 more, for a total of $1,100 to snake a garbage disposal and about 1.5 hours of labor. The technician didn’t wear booties and ended up leaving my kitchen floor pretty messy, which I definitely wouldn’t have expected for the premium price. I would recommend to people for quick and good, but very expensive service.

My first interaction with them was fine, normal- I called, they showed up in the time frame they were supposed to show up, the plumber looked around, and couldn't find the source of the leak. Fine.
Then, since he was there, I asked if he could replace these faucets in the bathroom since they had been leaking. He said that replacing them would stop the leak. He helped me pick out some faucets on amazon, and said to book a new appointment when the faucets arrive. I booked a new appointment, and that's when the trouble started. On the day they were supposed to come, time passed, and I finally called, and the man who answered the phone said I wasn't on the schedule. Did they take your credit card information? If they asked, I gave it Well, you're not on the schedule, so you must not have given your CC information. Well, if it's your job to ask for and record that information, then that's your job. And that's how interaction continued with their office, blaming me for them not showing up. They finally came another day, the man who came took ages to install the faucets (charge by the hour), including a half hour toilet break (!) If you're looking for a frustrating place that will keep you waiting for days, then take their time and charge you for that, this is the place. Faucet still leaks, though less. 3 days of waiting.
