Wow, what a fantastic adventure! They reacted rapidly and effectively. Even though I called them after 3:30 in the afternoon, they still came out the same day to fix the leak in my backyard (even though they were contacted after 3.30 pm). They found the problem, and the next morning (early), they fixed it, along with other minor difficulties I'd been having in my residences, such as a loose kitchen sink faucet, poor shower pressure, and a broken toilet valve. Owner or dispatcher needs a wake-up call in customer service. 1st appt 9-11 window, call to enquire, plumber shows up @ 2:15pm. Next day 9am appt, call @ 10:30am for an update might show up in an hour or 90 mins. 1pm arrival. They could care less how long you wait....

Was told that the plumber would arrive between 10-1(kind of like cable), at 1:40 I get a call from dispatch saying the plumber was 30 mins away. 2:40 still nobody. So I called again, dispatch said driver was 15 mins away. 3:15 still no show! 3:25 driver calls and says he's 15 mins away.......30 mins later I called dispatch once again, they told me driver was 20 mins away......almost 4pm now, needless to say I canceled! Will 100% be giving my business to someone else!
