Great Plumbing Company to use

We have had a new Plumbing and radiators fitted in two days. The two fitters have done a fab job and were clean efficient and very polite and respectful. They have given excellent customer service from start to finish even gave us a follow up call to check we are happy with our heating system. Also a good price too. We would recommend them to anyone.

From 8pm to midnight this company fixed a leaky pipe. Wow was a lot of work. They got it done right. Had all the tools and parts available. Best thing is there price was more than reasonable. Book them!

On 9/11/15 I had a problem with my sewer at home, water was backing up from my toilet in the basement so I decided to call Roto-Rooter to help me out. The technician arrived within the time frame I had requested and I explained to him what was happening. He said that my sewer needed to be snaked (which I already knew) and that it would cost $475 plus some additional fees. I was completely shocked at this price.Just to put things in perspective I am a property manager and I use other sewer cleaning companies to service the buildings I manage, not one of those companies charges these astronomical prices that the Roto-Rooter service tech requested. I have buildings with 8 sewer mains and do not pay more than $150 each time they clean the sewer (inside & out). I could've easily called one of the companies that I use at work but figured why not give the work to a local company in my neighborhood. Well that was the biggest mistake I made.When I told the tech that I use other companies that do not charge that much his reply was then you should've called them. Well that was when I asked him to get out of my house immediately. After he left I ended up calling a company that I use at work and they were at my house in less than 2 hours and snaked the like (in & out) for $120.00.If I was a person who had no idea about property maintenance I would've agreed to the price I was told and been completely ripped off!!!! You would think that a company with a name and history like Roto-Rooter would be more trustworthy but that couldn't be the further from the truth.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are extremely overpriced. Just call one of those $49.99 drain companies, they charge $50 to snake one way, so to do your main trap (in & out) it would be $100 + tax. To be quite honest I am shocked that they have such a high rating on Google, I'm sure it is for the simple fact that most people do not know what the correct pricing is for plumbing work and are just glad their plumbing problem was solved. I'm sure my sewer would have snaked properly but it would not have been worth the money he was asking, I got the same results from another company by paying a 1/4 of the price!!!

Sal brought all his tools and the materials he needed for the job. And when there was water on the floor he cleaned it up right away. I will be calling him whenever I need a plumber.

Had a very positive experience. I had to get my faucet replaced and they showed up right on time and got everything finished in under an hour, despite a faulty valve. I would definitely go to them again in the future!

This company is fantastic, I couldn’t recommend more. They’re professional, articulate, and on time. For someone that doesn’t know much about plumbing, it’s important to me that my plumber takes their time in describing what is happening, the cause, the solution, etc. I trust them so much, they’ve been very helpful!

I thought the price for the sewage clean up was steep. Satisfied with the outcome, however the price was high.

Awfu. - most egregious was doubling cost of work v other bids by 1) insisted on breaking open wall even though plumbing was exposed, 2) tried to charge for permits not needed, 3) Took multiple visits to get correct description of work & then sent email to coop misstating specifics to cut corners - then blamed me!!! Replacing existing kitchen appliances can't be that difficult.
Glad I got more bids.
FSPH was our building plumber & turns out they didn't look past immediate leak to evaluate rest of pipe - which subsequently broke & reflooded a bathroom

24 hour plumber is reliable for sure ,had to call them in the early morning and service reached my apartment in kips bay neighborhood in reasonable time . They were professionals and got the problem fixed
