Our repairman was Skender. He was extremely polite and informative. He explained exactly what he was doing. He solved our problem in a very short time by snaking our slop sink drain line and clearing the blockage. When he finished he cleaned up the workarea. I would recommend asking for him to anybody who would need your service.

While several plumbers provided quotes for coming to assess the problem, this company chose to carefully explain the source of the leak over the phone before concluding that it wasn't likely to be a plumbing problem. They were correct, it wasn't, and they helped me save both time and money. When I actually had a leak in one of my pipes, it was clear how much the candor and helpful information meant. I immediately contacted this company, and Harold the plumber was one of their friendliest employees. Harold was not only very professional, but he also took the time to walk me through each pipe and explain where the water flowed. He was very knowledgeable about codes and answered all of my questions. I appreciate everyone's help; we will be seeing him again soon to help us update our water heater.

HORRIBLE. THE FIRST VISIT HE DID NOTHING EXCEPT CALL THE BOSS BILLY and then CHARGE $409. Next day Billy came hour late stayed less than two hours talked on his phone didn’t concentrate. After a day my boiler went out. Billy told me to call someone else. I did. New plumber said Billy forgot to turn water back on the boiler. I was horrified. I paid them $900. Then $350 to new plumber to fix their irresponsible work. Do not use them.
