Don't think this is a local business anymore. Number seems to go to call center, Operator said $185 then when plumber arrived he said $185 more for first Hour. Seemed expensive for a simple leak.

Would definitely recommend and use again! Arrived on time, polite and courteous. They got the job done super quick and very pleased with the result. Boiler is fab, neat and tidy. They took the old boiler away, so didn’t need to worry about that, overall thumbs up!

Found Jack on Thumbtack and I am so glad I did!! He came to our rescue one early morning in under an hour from connecting with him via the app (he was able to squeeze us in). I first hired him to fix our toilet and he figured out the issue in no time! Since he did such a great job, we hired him to come back and fix our leaky faucet which he handled quickly. I’ve dealt with many plumbers in the past and no one has done as great a job as he has nor have they been as efficient, forward thinking, professional, or respectful as he’s been. He also took the time to cleanup after himself which hardly ever happens.

I don’t have a super so whenever things break down I have to scramble to find someone. I’m happy to say I found my go to guy who is incredibly reliable. He even makes himself available via text if you have any questions about your issue.
For example, I needed to replace my faucet, so he sent me some Amazon links of a couple of models he thought were great options that didn’t break the bank!

Unreliable, unprofessional and a waste of my time.

I called on Monday and made a appointment ( service call) for Wednesday 9am it all went smoothly. On Wednesday I called them at around quarter to 10am to make sure we was still scheduled for the service call, the receptionist sounded like she had no idea of the appointment she placed me on hold for a couple of minutes and after the brief hold she tells me that she had a hard time getting in contact with the guys in the van and that she’ll call me back once she gets in contact with them. She calls me back around 10am and told me that all of the guys are handling a emergency call and that she will call me to let me know when they are able to show up. I didn’t hear from her again up until the driver called me at 2pm saying that he was outside and he wasn’t, I called him back 3 times and he didn’t answer the phone so I decided to call the office and let them know what’s going on and at that point I was disappointed on how this whole experience turned out I tried making a later appointment so I wouldn’t of had to miss a day of work and they couldn’t schedule me for that time but the plumber ended up getting there at around 3pm I could have went to work and never missed out on a days work. I sent them back because I’m not going pay them $250 a hour which clearly they did not deserve. The whole experience could have been handled differently but they really just didn’t care which makes it even more disappointing.
