My tub sprouted a leak just before I was to be out of town for 4 days. I called while at work and Jason came out the same day to take a look. He coordinated everything with me over text while I was away, and found a creative solution to stop the leak, while not breaking the bank, as I am just waiting for a full bathroom renovation to start. Jason was extremely professional, always on time, and solved my problem efficiently and smartly! I am very comforted to know this company is in the neighborhood. Thank You Jason!

Professional, great service and fair prices

I contacted Rite Plumbing & Heating to do several repairs on a steam radiator. They arrived when they promised, did a thorough/neat/quick repair, and were very careful about cleanup. Can't ask for more than that. Highly recommended.

The crew got dispatched from 24 HR Emergency Plumber NYC Inc and in no time, everything was setup perfectly. They worked on fixing a pipe that had burst and needed technical skill to fix. They perfectly did the job.

Wow, what a fantastic adventure! They reacted rapidly and effectively. Even though I called them after 3:30 in the afternoon, they still came out the same day to fix the leak in my backyard (even though they were contacted after 3.30 pm). They found the problem, and the next morning (early), they fixed it, along with other minor difficulties I'd been having in my residences, such as a loose kitchen sink faucet, poor shower pressure, and a broken toilet valve. The quality and efficiency with which they completed the project impressed me greatly. A buyer need go no further than the supplied 2-year warranty for assurance of quality. Strongly suggested!!!!! I had a great experience with Boris Mechanical. I arrived at work on Sunday morning (February, 2015) to find an inch of water covering our floor. I called and a live person answered the phone. They were able to send a technician over in about an hour (pretty good for a Sunday!). The technician was very nice and efficient. The water had already covered a large area of our basement and was seeping out from underneath walls in multiple places. He diagnosed our problem very quickly (a busted and leaking water heater), but still completed a thorough inspection of the building to confirm. He was extremely patient with me, even when I was not exactly sure where the shut off for the main water line was. (He found it!) The technician removed the water, picked up and installed the new water heater and tested it to make sure it was working all within the same day. The building I work in is a Landmark building, so we were extremely grateful for Boris Mechanical's professionalism and efficiency. If the problem had not been resolved so quickly, we could have had a lot of structural issues and water damage. I definitely recommend this company.

I had tried my best to replace a broken pipe under my kitchen sink, but decided to call a professional as more pieces broke and deteriorated (due to age) in my hands. Raymond was terrific. He explained our options, what he was doing, and what we could expect going forward. Would highly recommend!

We’re so glad we found Pemati Plumbing Services. There was a lot to figure out and Jack clearly explained all of our options and gave us some great ideas for how best to set everything up. I’m no plumber, but after talking to Jack I came away with a much better understanding of how the pipes in our house function. Jack installed the new pipes and hooked up the washer dryer so that by the time he left, we were running our very first load of laundry. His work was excellent, his prices were more than fair, and he really knows his stuff. We’re definitely going to be using Jack for any and all plumbing needs in the future. Highly recommend!

It’s Saturday morning our boiler was leaking and we could not wait for Monday to get it fixed. Tommy N came on to our house with in a few hours and fixed our boiler. Luckily he was able to fix it before it turned into a bigger problem. Tommy N was professional, efficient and delivered high quality service. The price was fair and we now have peace of mind. We will go back to Kew Forest Plumbing and Heating and ask for Tommy N with any plumbing or heating needs.
