Wow, what a fantastic adventure! They reacted rapidly and effectively. Even though I called them after 3:30 in the afternoon, they still came out the same day to fix the leak in my backyard (even though they were contacted after 3.30 pm). They found the problem, and the next morning (early), they fixed it, along with other minor difficulties I'd been having in my residences, such as a loose kitchen sink faucet, poor shower pressure, and a broken toilet valve. The quality and efficiency with which they completed the project impressed me greatly. A buyer need go no further than the supplied 2-year warranty for assurance of quality. Strongly suggested!!!!! Had the most pleasant experience with this company when my building management was being absolutely horrid. Actually the best, moved stuff around for us and accommodated with the multitudes of red tape my building has. Wayne was the best he arrived ten minutes early and stayed in the lobby for a whole hour because of paperwork issues and was just so nice and patient.
