I was looking for a high end renovations plumbing contractor for my apartment in upper east side in Manhattan. My super gave me thier contact since they had worked in the floor below my apartment. Neo plumbing Nyc performed bathrooms and kitchen fixture renovations as per the architect design on my apartment. I am very happy the way it turned out, looks straight out of a magazine.Liked their prompt and honest approach.

Fast response, came the next day to do a few plumbing jobs. Markel did a great job installing my grooming tub and fixing a few plumbing problems around the house. Very professional, and explained all problems and soultions thoroughly. We are happy with our service.

In short, Edison is fantastic and very responsive! He was able to add a drain line as well as a cold and hot water line to our kitchen area so that we could have a washer/dryer in our unit as well as hook up a water line to our refrigerator's ice maker. After he finished the installation, he double checked his work as he made sure that he took care of some of the finer details that I had asked about at the consultation. I strongly recommend him!

Emergency Service at 200 am Friday morning 11/01/19 !!!!

I literally sprung a leak in my kitchen by way of a 1/2” black pipe plug into a brass three-way nipple.
Not knowing that these two different materials shouldn’t be mixed together for an installation this created my problem.

This setup was put together for a future dishwasher in this area for hot & cold lines. Unfortunately the plug threads inside the three-way nipple corroded & broke off the black plug causing excessive water springing horizontally everywhere. After quickly shutting off the main water shut-off I had to call for help.
I called the Plumbing Squad 24 hr # which transferred me to local plumbers on there list who are available 24 hrs. I spoke to Patrice, quickly described my problem over the phone & he quoted me a price.
It was expensive but reasonable given the predicament I was in.

He arrived in around an hour. He was very polite, courteous & respectful. After showing him the job he consulted me on any final decisions alterations. We agreed & he got his tools & began working.
He cut out the 2x three-way nipples, installed 2x new ball valves & fitted 2x new small copper pipes pcs to slip over & connect both lines. Patrice knew what he was doing & calmed my urgencies down.
He had all his tools & materials needed for his job. I was impressed & want everyone else to know he’s good ppl & this company is really a lifesaver !!!

I will never forget this & have already considered Patrice for my future jobs coming up.

Mr. Flush Sewer & Drain has been one of the most professional companies I had worked with. I was in a really bad situation at my house with my main boiler which had broken down completely in the middle of winter and was desperate to get it replaced. I called several companies to get quotes and of course everyone that came to see the boiler saw the desperation in my face and were quoting me exorbitant prices. Finally (Juan) from Mr. Flush came to the house to assess the boiler and he gave me two choices. One was a temporary fix and that didn’t guarantee that problem wouldn’t come back since boiler was old and the second choice was to replace it. I opted to replace it because the quote that I got from Mr. Flush was very much in line with the market at the time. They ordered the new boiler and installed it on a Saturday and by Saturday night the new boiler was up and running. Their professionalism goes above and beyond . They cleaned the area were the old boiler was located and the took the old boiler with them. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues you may have. You will not regret it!

I've used this company twice now, and I have to say that they are the best! They are fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. The technician who came out was knowledgeable and professional. He knew what he was doing and was able to answer all of my questions without making me feel dumb for asking them. I will most definitely be using them again in the future!

Recently, ran into some plumbing issues when my son flushed some bath toys in the toilet. Called Fred Smith and it did not take them long at all to get to my house. The technician was well meaning and did me the favor of talking to my son about the importance of respecting the plumbing. I would recommend them to a friend or anyone in need of a great plumber.

I wanted to use Gateway, what a disappointment. Called last week on Monday, someone named Anthony returned my call on the same day, he said they were closed due to the president’s day holiday, but that someone would call me on Tuesday. He mentioned that my service would be expensive because of the style boiler that I have, but he could not give me an estimate, but assured me that someone in the office would call me the following day. Tuesday came & went, no call. Wednesday, nothing again. Thursday I called & spoke with a woman who answered the phone. I told her what had happened, she said she would call me back, no apology or anything. Yeah.... I will let you guess...yep, never heard from them. How do people do that?

Is this still a functioning company? I'm confused. 2 days in a row, I call them, get a timeslot. Two days in a row, 2 hours late, no courtesy call. I call them back. 'We will be right there'. An hour later I call back, annoyed. Again no courtesy call stating they will be late. 'We will be right there'. Another hour passes. No show.

On the first day, they finally showed up, 6 hours late, not one courtesy call. The dude forgot his tools, oops. Seriously? We schedule an appointment for tomorrow between 9am-12pm.

Tomorrow rolls around. 1pm and no show, no courtesy call. 'Is it ok if we come at 4pm?' Me, annoyed as hell. 'Sure'. 4pm, no show and no call. 'We will be right there.' They LITERALLY, NEVER SHOWED UP AND NEVER CALLED, ONE TIME. COMPLETE NO SHOW. Never seen it in my life. Not even a call to state that they will no show. We literally sat around all day waiting, they completely wasted our time.

Why is there not an option for 0 stars? This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with and that is saying A LOT.

If I could put no stars I would. Do not use this person! He overcharges and then never gives the receipt that is needed for the closing of an apartment sale. He promises and promises and promises and it never happens. The attorneys need proof of work and he won’t provide any kind of receipt. Stay away from this man! He will try to charm and then he lies.
