Best Tank Pumps in New York NY

I never ever write reviews but I specifically am writing this right now to warn people NOT to use this company. I had an emergency & I was desperate so I used this company and ended up paying 3 times more than any plumber would have charged. Apparently they charge $305 per hour. I wasn’t even told that this was the case. Also the person that came lied and said he had to open up a wall & he never did. Please do not fall victim like I did and avoid this company!!!!!!

Plumbing NYC had the best price for the installation of a water heater. I called them and they were available to speak with men They answered all our questions and made sure we were satisfied with the installation before they left. It was a positive experience and I recommend them for plumbing.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had. After booking an appointment over a week ago they were supposed to come to help to see if I had a leak in my apartment. They gave me a window of between 10-2pm so I had to take off from work. At around 10:45 I called to get a better estimate of when they thought they would come. I was put on hold and then told that their regular building clients come first and they wouldn’t be able to come today nor would they be able to come for the rest of the week. I explained that I booked it over a week before and was a paying customer and that no one had bothered to call to tell me this. I was losing a day at work to sit at home and wait for them and they didn’t have the courtesy to call and tell me they couldn’t come. Awful company. Stay away.

Good work - lousy on calculation of hours. Over billed by two hours with little regard to trying to correct the issue. Two hot water heaters that required six hours to install, but bill included eight hours labor.
