Sal was on time, efficient, explained the issue clearly, and most importantly fixed our leaky shower in one visit.

The service was great, and they were able to come quickly. My only issue was the exorbitant cost that I felt wasn’t very transparent. I was quoted one price over the phone and when the technician arrived, he gave me another higher price which seemed high but I appreciated the convenience. At the end of the visit, the final price was about $500 more, for a total of $1,100 to snake a garbage disposal and about 1.5 hours of labor. The technician didn’t wear booties and ended up leaving my kitchen floor pretty messy, which I definitely wouldn’t have expected for the premium price. I would recommend to people for quick and good, but very expensive service.

Really great plumbing company! I had an emergency leak that was flooding my apartment at 5:30 in the morning. Neo Plumbing was the only plumbing company that took my call. We had a video call and they helped me troubleshoot the issue and sent a plumber over later that morning. I highly recommend!

Upon purchasing my property, I knew I needed a Backflow Device installed, after looking online and receiving numerous bids, I hired David to help install a Backflow Device on my property.

David is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He kept me informed through every step of the process, and his prices are among the best! My parents who were present during the day of installation were extremely pleased by his workmanship and praised his attention to detail. Needless to say I will be working with David for all my future annual inspections.

I used Fred Smith Plumbing and Heating at the recommendation of the super of my building and I'm so glad I did. They removed an old bathroom vanity and installed a new one (and new fixtures). The job went faster than estimated and they did a top notch job. They even tighten a loose shower handle and kitchen faucet while they were there. Did I mention they did all of this during July 4th week?! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for excellent plumbers in NYC.

Good work - lousy on calculation of hours. Over billed by two hours with little regard to trying to correct the issue. Two hot water heaters that required six hours to install, but bill included eight hours labor.
