The plumber repair person was Mr. Williams. He and his apprentice assistant were quite punctual for the scheduled appointment. The piping in my building is from its original construction. The location of the leak was located behind the wall between the bathroom vanity and the attic beneath. This was in a tight space! Mr. Williams precisely located where he needed to make an opening in the wall and changed a length of piping to repair the leak. I sincerely believe he succeeded in minimizing the area where he needed to make an opening, where others would have created more extensive removal the accomplish the same result. I like the fact that Mr. Williams explained what needed to be done and patient in answering my questions.
I am extremely satisfied with the outcome and will definitely use Aladdin for future plumbing needs. My only request is that they send Mr. Williams if at all possible!

Guaranteed me a plumber for 9am 1/19/18. Clogged drains, pretty easy job. I took off from work to be home. I had to call them at 9:30am to find out what was going on. Was finally told by guy on phone that their truck broke down. I asked for a guarantee that they would at least come sometime that day. Nothing. Just apologies. Ball dropped. Yawn.

Infuriating at best. Crooks. They billed me for the time they spent bidding on a job that they could not do. The billed my building for the time so that it appeared on my maintenance bill. Think twice and then think again before you call this company.

24 hour plumber is reliable for sure ,had to call them in the early morning and service reached my apartment in kips bay neighborhood in reasonable time . They were professionals and got the problem fixed

I contacted Harry from HBNY Plumbing to do the gas inspection for LL152. He scheduled me within the week and was on-time for the appointment. He was professional and efficient, and completed the inspection. He did point out some minor work needed to satisfy compliance of the inspection, which I did a few days later.

I CALLED WATSONS AND THEY PROMISE THEY WILL BE THERE IN THE NEXT 30 MINS. TO MY SUPRISE PLUMBERS WERE THERE IN A TIMELY MANNER, AND THEY FIXED THE ISSUE AND MY TOILET WAS NEVER A PROBLEM AGAIN. Worst customer service in the plumbing business. Contacted them regarding a boiler issue and the secretary that answered the phone was short and didn't allow me to finish what I was saying before she hung up on me. I called back and she made an excuse that she was on 3 other calls and that they were not available for appointments in the next 2 weeks. Take my advice, don't waste your time calling them. Such a big company, with all these pics posted of their vans, equipment and front of the business but they can't handle call volume or customers.

Quick response they were able to have a plumber come out and install a new gas stove. The mechanic was quick and very nice.
