I'll be honest. I've never really hired people who mostly have word of mouth reviews. I usually do intense research and checks. I was sketchy at first, but let me say, it was amazing. I had a severe emergency in my boiler room, heat not working and all, and in hours my house nice and cozy. I would recommend this plumber to anybody in need of any assistance!

I had a leak in my basement and he was able to fix and replace the pipe that was causing the leak. He explained the issue and walked me through why the issue was happening and what I can do to prevent from happening again. Ray is very professional and reasonably priced. This firm was recommended by our building manager and after several attempts to stop by and see what the scope of work they finally came on October 6th and walked the job with the building manager. We set up to do the work Thursday October 15th. They were supposed to send an estimate and proceed with the work as the building scheduled a water shutdown. I call Monday, for the estimate and to confirm the job on Thursday. I was told that the estimate was not ready but the job was still scheduled. Called Tuesday you will have the estimate tomorrow and nothing. I call back Wednesday after not receiving the estimate and was told that they decided not to do the work after wasting two weeks of NYC construction time which is an eternity I not have to start from the beginning. The lack of professionalism and the lack of follow-up is beyond comprehension.
SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND LOOK ELSEWHERE AS THESE GUYS ARE A JOKE.

Beware of Watson's Senior Plumber Richard Robinson. On 1/2022 he failed to conduct an thorough assessment on my shower. He diagnosed a ceiling leak with 100% certainty without even opening the ceiling. He blatantly lied on the plumber report. I complained to Watson's & was ignored. At all costs avoid Watson's plumbing & especially dishonest plumber Richard Robinson.

I called several plumbers for a water heater replacement. Some weren't able to do the work for a couple days and some never returned my call. So I came across Vuksani and spoke to Edison. Explained what had happened and asked if it could be done ASAP. He came out the next day and replaced my water heater. And on top of that, he was a great guy. Thank You for working me into your schedule.

David is great, he is very helpful and the overall service provided by him and the company is stupendous.
