Mr. Flush Sewer & Drain has been one of the most professional companies I had worked with. I was in a really bad situation at my house with my main boiler which had broken down completely in the middle of winter and was desperate to get it replaced. I called several companies to get quotes and of course everyone that came to see the boiler saw the desperation in my face and were quoting me exorbitant prices. Finally (Juan) from Mr. Flush came to the house to assess the boiler and he gave me two choices. One was a temporary fix and that didn’t guarantee that problem wouldn’t come back since boiler was old and the second choice was to replace it. I opted to replace it because the quote that I got from Mr. Flush was very much in line with the market at the time. They ordered the new boiler and installed it on a Saturday and by Saturday night the new boiler was up and running. Their professionalism goes above and beyond . They cleaned the area were the old boiler was located and the took the old boiler with them. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues you may have. You will not regret it!

Marko showed up within 20 minutes and did a fantastic job patching up the leak in less than an hour. Left the bathroom clean too. Ran testing between our bathroom and the downstairs neighbors bathroom to ensure the leak is no longer present. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. Explained the root cause and provided insights on how to remediate the issue long-term so this does not occur again. Pretty friendly and helpful. The prices were reasonable due to the short notice and emergency call. They are there when you need them and 24/7. Vuksani is very reliable and trusting service you can count on. Thank you!

If I could put no stars I would. Do not use this person! He overcharges and then never gives the receipt that is needed for the closing of an apartment sale. He promises and promises and promises and it never happens. The attorneys need proof of work and he won’t provide any kind of receipt. Stay away from this man! He will try to charm and then he lies. Extremely unprofessional; the plumber never showed up and repeatedly lied and said he was on his way. The Bright Star Plumber dispatcher also lied and said they were sending another plumber when one NEVER came, resulting in four hours of my time being wasted. I finally called Roto Rooter and they sent a highly professional and very competent plumber right away, who did an AMAZING job.
