Best Steam in New York NY
Jerry removed a damaged drain pipe and reassembled everything under our kitchen sink. He listened to my concerns, took my suggestion, and now things are running great. Price was fair for the work. Highly recommended.
UPDATE: In unrelated news, our sewage line backed up two weeks later. Aladdin happened to send Jerry again and he was able to diagnose a clog in the main house trap, relieve the pressure without spraying gunk everywhere, and clear the clog. I hope to go a little longer without seeing him again but if I need him I'll be happy to call on him!

Our pipes backed up in the basement. I called them at about noon and they we're at my house in an hour. They we're courteous, explained everything, and fixed the pipes pronto. The total cost of the job was $212 and it took them about 20 minutes to do it. Would most definitely use them again!

Called for a valve replacement. Communication was excellent , responded and was able to provide service in a time that worked the best. On-time , assessed the issue thoroughly , gave quote and made the repair the same day. Work was very neat and professional , tested system thoroughly again after repair. Will use again !

At first I was confused by 72F’s policy of not actually doing the work they recommend, but their consulting service probably saved money in the long run. They didn't try to sell me anything, but did tell me how to fine tune and maintain our system to get the best out of it and hopefully prevent problems in the long run. John came out and did recommend some work, but I did the smaller stuff myself and he put me in touch with a plumber who could handle what I didn't think I could do myself. He came and inspected everything when it was done and didn’t charge us for the follow-up visit. Well worth the $2,500 (roughly, plus repairs) for our small co-op.
