Awfu. - most egregious was doubling cost of work v other bids by 1) insisted on breaking open wall even though plumbing was exposed, 2) tried to charge for permits not needed, 3) Took multiple visits to get correct description of work & then sent email to coop misstating specifics to cut corners - then blamed me!!! Replacing existing kitchen appliances can't be that difficult.
Glad I got more bids.
FSPH was our building plumber & turns out they didn't look past immediate leak to evaluate rest of pipe - which subsequently broke & reflooded a bathroom

The two plumbers that came and told me what the problem was and that they can fix it were great. I was then told to call Paul so we can talk about the details and pricing. I called the office around 3pm yesterday was told he was on another call but would get back to me. Never heard back from. I called them today around 8am still couldn't get in touch with Paul then the women who answers the phones told me that they are booked up for this weekend and next and that they probably can't come. THANKS ALOT KEW FOREST. I called them because I had an emergency leak that is still leaking and now I'm scrambling to find another company. DON'T BOTHER TO CALL THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY BECAUSE YOU'LL BE WAITING FOREVER TO HEAR BACK!!!

Mike's smart, fast and super-competent. When you want the job done right the first time, Mike's your guy. The man really knows his plumbing. If you need to wait a little to get on his schedule, you'll be glad you did. (No surprise that a good plumber with fair prices has a busy calendar.) Also, a quick shoutout to his assistant Vince, a good man; working together they are an effective and speedy team.

Called for a valve replacement. Communication was excellent , responded and was able to provide service in a time that worked the best. On-time , assessed the issue thoroughly , gave quote and made the repair the same day. Work was very neat and professional , tested system thoroughly again after repair. Will use again !

I received a thorough report within 1 week which gave a clear picture of my system and its requirements. Interestingly this is the only company that did mathematical calculations on the system.
I wished I had used this service years ago. it would have saved me thousands of dollars and a lot of headaches.

Disappointing. Tried to use this company for service and called them twice, and they are conspicuously unresponsive.

Rudiest receptionist I've ever ecountered. Will never call back.
