We are a restaurant in east village and our water heater broke. These guys came and replace it right away. 5 stars for them.

I had to have them come out to our offices twice in one month for emergencies. They were so wonderful. They were responsive, professional, came on time and stayed until all the problems were solved. They guaranteed their work and cleaned up after themselves. Would call them again in a minute.

Best Plumber In Queens, Second Time he they did a repair on one of my rental properties and they came in under time and under budget. I used the other popular plumbers and I had a back experience with Pro1Mechanical Chris came in took care of business and treated the place like it was his house. If you have any plumbing issues just call them and save yourself the headache.

Owner or dispatcher needs a wake-up call in customer service. 1st appt 9-11 window, call to enquire, plumber shows up @ 2:15pm. Next day 9am appt, call @ 10:30am for an update might show up in an hour or 90 mins. 1pm arrival. They could care less how long you wait....

Watson has been my go-to plumbers for pipes, leaks, and inspections. More recently they came to my rescue when our (new!) hot water heater stopped working and the pilot light would not relight. Based on that, I will probably use them for more heating services too and get one stop shopping.

Before I called JP pluming My toilet and tub were backed up, no to mention my basement was flooded due to the pipe being clogged. However, joe and his helper were able to fix everything in a very short amount of time. Very fast service and also professional. Highly recommended ??
