I needed to install a utility sink in my unit and it required going through a condo board that wasn't very helpful. Guaranteed me a plumber for 9am 1/19/18. Clogged drains, pretty easy job. I took off from work to be home. I had to call them at 9:30am to find out what was going on. Was finally told by guy on phone that their truck broke down. I asked for a guarantee that they would at least come sometime that day. Nothing. Just apologies. Ball dropped. Yawn.

The company I recommend is excellent. They work very efficiently and quickly.

Owner or dispatcher needs a wake-up call in customer service. 1st appt 9-11 window, call to enquire, plumber shows up @ 2:15pm. Next day 9am appt, call @ 10:30am for an update might show up in an hour or 90 mins. 1pm arrival. They could care less how long you wait....

I live in Kips Bay and I was glad to be able to find a plumber that was in the neighborhood (and not coming from Brooklyn or Jersey like so many others do). Really fast response time (in my case it was within 30 minutes!), and the rates were reasonable. Thank you!

These guys are terrific. They are responsive, courteous and efficient. I had to have them come twice this week for two different issues. Both times, they were able to come the day I called. They solved the problems and are very easy to deal with.
