Zero stars. Completely unprofessional. Setup an appointment the day before, gave them the exact address. Had to rearrange my day, my mom's day, setup appointment with on-site management, etc., etc.... they call me 1.5 hours before scheduled time to tell me that they don't actually service this area!! They had the address and I specifically named the area for them when setting it up. Oh i didn't hear you say that. Sure you didn't, d$#bag. Thanks for wasting my time

Wonderful experience with our technician named Skender. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed the smell in our house and provided us with the tools to ensure that we do not have a problem again. I would definitely use this company again and would certainly recommend Skender technician number 1466.

Donny in the office kept checking to make sure everything was working properly and he was very organized. We would definitely request his services again, along with the plumber Sal, if needed, and most certainly recommend them to our friends and acquaintances.

Very happy with the service provided. John was thorough and knowledgeable. He was here within a hour of my call. We had a pretty severe leak and John had it fixed in just over an hour. He also followed COVID guidelines. Would recommend!

Harris plumbing were true professionals who help us with our water main repair. Their team of Stratos, Pablo, Nicholas and Brian did a great job. Work was done right and fast. I would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues.
They also help with DOB issues you may have.

Meh. The technician that arrived was very friendly and punctual. I chose not to use Roto Rooter however because the quoted price for doing a hydrojet cleaning of my storm drain was $1695?! This wasn't something I had years of problems that no one could fix. That's way too close to buying all of the equipment necessary to buy my own hydrojet and become competition for RR.I ended up paying a local company $200 to snake the line and it was fixed in ten minutes. I had put in a new lawn and there was some dirt that had runoff after I rototilled the old lawn. I'll clean the line myself with a $40 kit on my pressure washer.

I live in Kips Bay and I was glad to be able to find a plumber that was in the neighborhood (and not coming from Brooklyn or Jersey like so many others do). Really fast response time (in my case it was within 30 minutes!), and the rates were reasonable. Thank you!

Bloom Plumbing NYC won out as my go-to plumber because of their convenient location, stellar online reputation, and extensive experience with tankless systems. To my utter surprise, a live operator took my call and promptly accommodated my request for an appointment the very same day. I don't know how competitive their pricing are, but I believe that less trustworthy businesses or plumbers would have taken advantage of a senior lady to undertake extra work and drive up the bill.

Once I described my drain issue over the phone, they sent a camera down, offered some suggestions, and returned to fix the issue. I can't say enough good things about how professional and dependable they were.

This company bills more hours than they actually work. I was billed for 5 hours of work when less than 1 hour was performed. They claimed travel time and waiting for the steam system to cool down. Their office is within 2 blocks of my building and they arrived at 9am, so unless they arrived at the building at 5 am, they didn't wait for anything to cool down.

TERRABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don't waste your time!!!!!! Was told that the plumber would arrive between 10-1(kind of like cable), at 1:40 I get a call from dispatch saying the plumber was 30 mins away. 2:40 still nobody. So I called again, dispatch said driver was 15 mins away. 3:15 still no show! 3:25 driver calls and says he's 15 mins away.......30 mins later I called dispatch once again, they told me driver was 20 mins away......almost 4pm now, needless to say I canceled! Will 100% be giving my business to someone else!
