Sunday evening and a tenant called to tell me the toilet is backed up and the plunger is just not doing the job. Unhappily I called the company I have always used...after 3 calls in as many hours, they never answered leaving me no choice but to Google another company. This company answered the phone so quickly took all my information and had a plumbing tech respond within minutes. He arrived at the house within the hour as promised and called immediately to explain what he found and the best way to approach it and exactly what it was going to cost. It took him about 20 minutes and he called saying he was done and the clog was resolved. He took the exact payment over the phone and he was off and gave me a 6 month warranty. Curtious, kind, professional and honest. Here lies my new company... and my old company, still has not called back!

Sal installed two faucets for us (one indoor, one outdoor) and replaced a stubborn radiator valve that had welded itself to the piping under the floor, a much bigger job than expected. A good guy, skillful, punctual, and reliable.

9 days ago we Worked with Mr. Shapiro on boiler repair my husband's property Lower East Side. BU Harry, I thought was a good job, but no. We thought we got a $1,250 savings. That too was foolings.
Then the Boiler stopped working all together.
I had my daughter delete our previous 5 star review.
This plumber is in my opinion highly unprofessional to say the least.

The best service ever!! I needed to find a plumber because our toilet and tub were clogged. Because of the weather, another company was trying to get me scheduled four days in advance. When I called this company at 7 o'clock in the evening, I was told that someone could be at my house as early as 9 o'clock the following morning. The serviceman who came out, Jose, did a fantastic job. I'm relieved it was fixed. If I ever have another plumbing problem, I will not hesitate to call again. Everyone I dealt with, from the scheduling agent on the phone to the technician who came to our home, exceeded my expectations.

AAbc plumbing really helped me with my plumbing issues. They were able to use their pipe camera to find an issue that i paid 2 other plumbers to fix. Wish i would of called them the first time. They are highly recommended.

I MADE A CALL TO WATSON'S PLUMBING AND HEATING FOR SOMEONE TO COME OUT TO CHECK MY TOILET. I HAD GUEST OVER AND SOMEONE STUCK SOMETHING DOWN THE TOILET. I WAS FURIOUS, WATER WAS EVERYWHERE. I CALLED WATSONS AND THEY PROMISE THEY WILL BE THERE IN THE NEXT 30 MINS. TO MY SUPRISE PLUMBERS WERE THERE IN A TIMELY MANNER, AND THEY FIXED THE ISSUE AND MY TOILET WAS NEVER A PROBLEM AGAIN.
