We called in A&E NYC plumbing for a water heater repair. The techs showed up on time and were very professional. They repaired the water heater on the same day, so we did not have to go without hot water for a day. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

Good communication with the company. Louis was respectful, hard working, got the job done and cleaned up after himself. However, the price ($575) for snaking a drain was literally 2x any other plumber I called (not Louis' fault). If I had known the price (before the in home estimate) for simply snaking a tub I would have called someone else as it was beyond absurd.

Very competent and even gave us a plumbing lesson so that we could take care of issues on our own. Really appreciate their service and will definitely use them again in the future.

The section of the pipe that was leaking was replaced quickly. This plumber was very experienced and offered the best quote in the area. He was also quick to answer my questions and cared to explain every step of the process.

Thank you for using this plumbing, heating, and electric service! We have experienced an AC unit issue around this time every eight years. We have spent thousands of dollars repairing it each year, not counting the cost of replacing the unit. We requested an inspection from this plumbing company this year. We received a call at around 1:30 to see if they could make it earlier; our appointment was from 3-5 pm. The sooner the better, please. Nathan, one of our technicians, was amazing. He came out to check on my AC unit and found that it was experiencing a few issues. He presented the issue and several potential solutions. We deliberated the possibilities and came to a decision. The issue will be permanently fixed when they arrive on Wednesday. From the initial call to the technician, everyone we interacted with was very polite and respectful. genuinely concerned about the issue we were experiencing. We heartily endorse this plumbing, heating, and electrical service. l Andrew L., our service technician, visited us today to fix our air conditioner. WOW! Andrew did an excellent job and was very diligent and professional. The furnace seems brand-new. I appreciate Andrew's fantastic work on the AC. We are able to tell that you took pride in your work. Toilet stopped working yesterday morning. I kept trying to unclog the whole day and this morning using two different types of plungers and no luck. Tried liquid plumber and hot water and nothing. Mom suggested roto-rooter. I called and on a Sunday at 7am they answered. Got email confirmation and then i was getting texts letting me know approximate time they will get here and when they got here. Michael gave me a quote when he got here and started right away. He was done within 30 minutes. Left the bathroom clean (I had nothing to clean up after) and the toilet working!!!! He was godsent. I have back issues and had a back surgery months ago but am still in pain and my back was hurting from trying so much to get the toilet fixed myself. I am so thankful for roto-rooter and for Michael!! I highly recommend this company and especially Michael! Oh I also want to add that he was courteous, professional and knowledgeable!!

HORRIBLE. THE FIRST VISIT HE DID NOTHING EXCEPT CALL THE BOSS BILLY and then CHARGE $409. Next day Billy came hour late stayed less than two hours talked on his phone didn’t concentrate. After a day my boiler went out. Billy told me to call someone else. I did. New plumber said Billy forgot to turn water back on the boiler. I was horrified. I paid them $900. Then $350 to new plumber to fix their irresponsible work. Do not use them.

Ulises was excellent. Steve quickly and expertly fixed our kitchen sink faucet. He gave us a thorough explanation and was courteous and competent. He will return for further work in the future. Strongly suggested.

We had a clogged drain issue and had to call their company a few times in the prior month. I'm really happy I utilised their assistance.

My kitchen faucet is leaking so we scheduled an appointment with Watson. The next available appointment they had that fit with our availability was a week away from 8-11am. So fast-forward to 8/17, the day of the appointment...we received a call in the morning to confirm that the plumber would arrive between 8-11am; which was great! That was a good sign for us that this company had their business in order.

Come 11am, the plumber still hasn't arrived, no call and no updates, just didn't show. So we waited on hold with Watson, and was told that the plumber got caught up with another job and that is why he is late, but should be at my apartment before noon. -- Now this is a common excuse given by many repair companies, I know this because I used to work at a repair company call desk, and that is the excuse that we were told to use consistently. Even if I don't go off of that, it is still a little odd to us that our estimate was from 8-11am, yet there was a job scheduled before ours???

So, 12:18pm came, and still no plumber.

At this point we needed to get on with our day and they were way past their estimate. So we rescheduled the appointment to today with the same estimate between 8-11am. Everyone should have a second chance right?

So, here I am, the day of the rescheduled appointment. This morning there was no confirmation call so we called in to verify that someone was coming. We received confirmation after calling in and so the waiting started again.

Around 9am we were told that the technician was running into traffic in the 70s and should arrive within 30mins. Then around 9:35am we received another update that the technician was still on the way and should arrive in 30mins......ok. Then at 9:45am I was asked for photos of my faucet and told that the technician should arrive shortly. At 10:45am, still no technician and no call. At this point we call in and get told that the technician probably won't make it till after 11am, possibly after 11:30am.

So, appointment cancelled. That was their second chance. If you actually want a job done, then you may want to stay clear of a company who doesn't show up..........twice.
