Although I appreciate the prompt service and courteous employee, your prices are ridiculously high. Why is your cost $469+tax to unclog a tub drain? Utterly ridiculous!

We received a $1000 violation from the DEP. I was pretty stressed out about it because I had never even heard of a “backflow” before.

Good work - lousy on calculation of hours. Over billed by two hours with little regard to trying to correct the issue. Two hot water heaters that required six hours to install, but bill included eight hours labor.
