This is truly a 5 star business. Customer service and communication is great. Labor is quick and easy. And price is extremely fair. I woke up Saturday morning with no hot water contacted V and ge explained everything to me and was out that afternoon with a new hot water heater and everything running perfect by 7 pm. I'd highly recommend Rite Plumbing & Heating. I looked at multiple plumbing companies through manhattan who were able to apply for building permits and found Rite Plumbing to offer the most competitive price and fair. I needed to install a utility sink in my unit and it required going through a condo board that wasn't very helpful. Rite Plumbing was very responsive and helpful through this process, they answered and returned all my calls. The installation went smoothly and did not require any rescheduling.

It was an unfortunate way to be able to experience Roto Rooter's superb customer service. I saw my toilet leaking through the base, . I immediately thought Roto Rooter, I decided to call them up, I was greeted with an unexpected animated voice Roto Rooooooooooooooooooooooote which was hysterical and immediately . I thought it was a cool way to start off a conversation making this unfortunate situation into funny and light hearted. The customer service representative was very personable and arranged an appointment at my earliest convenience, since both me and my wife worked and didn't get back home till 630pm , he was able to send someone that same night at 7pm! We were both relieved for obvious reason that the bathroom situation would be handled ASAP!At 7pm I heard the doorbell rang and I was like wow how prompt is that not a minute later. The service man was at the door and went into the bathroom where the leak was. After a few minutes the service man told me what needed to be replaced and told me the price was going to be $350. I thought the price was steep but I needed the problem fixed. After about 10-15 minutes the technician told me he needed to go to Home Depot to pick up a part to fix the leak. After about 20 minutes the serviceman told me he had bad news and the price was going to go up a bit because he needed to cement another piece in order for the toilet not to leak. So the price wound up being over $525. Yes, the service man fixed the problem but the last minute price jump definitely hurt my pockets. It was an unexpected problem however they did come to our rescue. I would recommend to the company to let us know what the price would be before the job is done to at least prepare us to hear the damage in our pockets. It was definitely a poopy situation (pun intended hahaha).Thank you RR!

I have used WaterHouse twice now. They are very responsive, track the case number easily and arrive on time. They work until the actual problem is fixed. And they listen/communicate very well on the issue/repair. They also helped my last min in a jam. I fully recommend any NYC'er to use this plumbing company.

I have used Aladdin's service a few times, some through America Home Shield and some without. Both Jeff and Aladdin have worked on my plumbing and I would use them again anytime we need work done. I request them specifically when dealing with AHS. Aladdin could have told me I needed repairs that another service said I needed but he said you dont need that so instead of a $6700 bill it was $200. They are professional and do excellent work

We experienced a middle of the night water backup as a result of a clogged sewer line and water softener waste water that was unable to bypass the clog and therefore backed up into the basement utility room. Yeah, flooding in the middle of the night is very stressful. We quickly contacted Jake Manhattan Plumber New York Co.

The company would not send anyone out to assess my issue, but told me that they would not be able to provide me a quote or a ballpark over the phone other than to say it would cost $250/hour for whatever needed to be done, plus materials. The issue likely involves a pretty invasive fix, cutting into walls etc. If they won't look at the problem and give me an idea of what they would need to do, why would I let them go in blind and later bill me for whatever they thought needed to be done? It's not unusual not to be given a quote over the phone, but they also won't come look at the problem before they want me to put down a deposit. I was hopeful after reading their excellent reviews, but didn't understand this approach at all and will obviously not be using their services.

Harris plumbing were true professionals who help us with our water main repair. Their team of Stratos, Pablo, Nicholas and Brian did a great job. Work was done right and fast. I would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues.

Had a clogged toilet at a bldg I own. Was quoted a price for an excavation. Had a 930 appt which canceled at last minute. I have to travel to get to the bldg I own and wasn't very happy. Went back home and waited and waited, 5 hours later was told Plumber was on the way. I returned to the bldg very annoyed but was greeted by a very nice technician Ahmed 5384. He suggested we try to snake the toilet before going with the excavation at this point I just wanted it over with so agreed. Low and behold he cleared the line and replaced the handle made some suggestions on how to avoid a future clog which I passes on too the business owner. I'm so happy the 930am guy canceled because ahmed5384 saved me alot of money and stress. Not sure If I'd would use roto rooter again because it's obviously hit or miss with its technicians. If I do I'll ask for ahmed5384.

Showed up to fix toilet seal, removed it and found old seal disintegrated. Then said I have to leave now, I'll come back tomorrow to finish. The toilet was on a tarp, in the middle of our bathroom! I couldn't make this up. Instead, I said no, you need to finish today. He called, and a replacement plumber, (who was excellent) finished the same day. Quirky? I hope so.

I had a great experience here. Needed some clothes dry cleaned on short notice and it was no problem at all. They also went above and beyond to attempt to remove a stain and almost succeeded (honestly was not possible but appreciated the effort). Extremely friendly. Very convenient. Affordable as well—for nyc standards. Give this place a try if you live nearby!

I contacted Harry from HBNY Plumbing to do the gas inspection for LL152. He scheduled me within the week and was on-time for the appointment. He was professional and efficient, and completed the inspection. He did point out some minor work needed to satisfy compliance of the inspection, which I did a few days later.
I was 100% satisfied with his work and his rate was very reasonable. I will definitely recommend him to others!
